I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice...

Like on the Licks Tour, you're able to obtain a version of the fanclub membership just by having a ticket. I was able to be a member last time for a quite a while because I used my ticket. This time, I bought my tickets through ebay b/c they sold out elsewhere. It says you need a promocode to be able to get a membership, or wait until the presale ends. Is it rude to email the person i bought the tickets from on eBay and ask for this code? Or does anyone know when the presale ends? Or does anyone have any other advice? I know it's not really a big deal but I do like to watch the video clips and access the rest of the site. Thanks guys.
