On a practical note, they have found a way to cover their wrinkles and thinning hair. Turn down the lights and blast a white light at the camera.

Given the choice out of this or the straight cover photo (see another previous thread), then I would go for this one. It has to be the best cover art since Some Girls. If this is for the inside cover then they will need something even better for the front cover.

Virgin/EMI has just confirmed that it will be the front cover.

I think the shot is too dark. The composition is not great. The light in the middle is bright and it doesn't do well for Mick. I can understand where they want to go. I myself am not a designer so i don't really think i can make up a cover. But i do know I would not pick that one. Makes u wonder what other pics they had to choose from.
I just can't believe that some people think it's great and awesome.
It's bland. Somethings missing. (besides my mind!!)

How about an explosion of tounges?
Youknow, flying thru space!
Or a universe were all the galaxies are tounges?
I know i'm not the first to think of that
