I just heard about this today. Rodgers is great, but it seems like a poor fit.

Saw them at 3 indoor shows and at Cologne stadium. Paul Rodgers did a real fantastic job!

I've seen them so about two months ago, it was not a good concert. Rodgers is no showman, has a standard-rosck-blues voice, Roger Taylors drumming got weaker, John Deacon isn't with them on tour, so the only thing, why i cant say it was shit: its Brian May, who still has the power. The setlist was really bad: only the greatest hits queen stuff + allright now+ feel like making love, and there were lots of nostalgia-fillerparts, and slow songs (one sung by Roger Taylor, "Say it isn't so" whas the title, against aids in general, but, well..). So the show was a bit boring.
Robbie Williams would have been the only one this time around, to go on tour with, after Freddie I think.

I could never take Queen music for very long. Doesn't matter who fronts that band, although Paul Rodgers is a fine vocalist. I just didn't like their sound. Way to cutesy for my taste
