Apparantly shirley bassey has slagged her most loyal fans off by stating that she gets fed up in seeing the same faces in the front rows seats everynight and its psychologically upsetting, would this happen with the stones?.

She also has a go at charlotte church from changing to opera to rock <sorry pop music> and her drinking binges and states in her time they would go to the local dance and look for the best looking guy, how times are a changing?

it happened at the bob dylan shows 2000.i personally NEVER queue for anything but those who waited for hours in 2000,the usual dickheads,got a shock when the security men came out prior to the doors opening and let a couple of hundred random people in as it was said bob and the band were getting fed up of the same people in the front every night.
at wembley they even gave a section right at the front for these random fans.

She is the lady that sang "Goldfinger" in 1964,
"Diamonds Are Forever" in 1971 (John Barry tunes, that were lede themes
at the James Bond-movies); as well as Love Story ("Where Do I Begin... ").

I see Diamonds was release on my 8th birtday in the US (Dec 17, 1971), and on my father´s mothers birthday (Dec 30) in the UK.

She covered everything thinkable; Theodorakis, Beatles, Tamla Motowns tunes - you name it. An incredible productivity in the 60´s gives you an understanding that she also made a great load of crap. But check out the tracks I mention.
