Dear Mick,Keef,Ronnie and Charlie,

We diehard Stones fans can't wait to see you on tour.Roll on Boston!Your back catalog is like a treasure chest that has not been opened for years. There are real masterpieces in there.Dust them off and play them live along with the new stuff. The maestro Sir Bob Dylan does exactly that. Please reward you loyal followers!

Some ideas:

Time waits for no one,Slave,Fool to cry,Coming down again,
Come on,Around and around,One hit to the body,Sweethearts together,
Winter,Let it loose,Short and curlies,
Citadel,Do you really want to be my friend,
Highwire,Send it to me,Too tight,Hey Negrita,
Jigsaw puzzle,Faraway eyes,Sex drive,Just my imagination,
Sway,Parachute woman,She was hot,
Through the lonely nights.

And Keef what about Eileen?

See you in Boston!

Oh come on -

What with fitting in the warhorses + new material, they will only be able to dust off one or two rare back cat songs for arena and stadium gigs.

You can't say that you would rather hear Sweethearts together than Sway! Or Sex Drive? Citadel??!! As much as I like these songs, Id rather hear the boys doing some good rocking songs that the whole audience can get their rocks off to.

I do think there is a chance of getting some of your wishlist - in particular:

Sway
Around and Around
Let It Loose

For some reason, I would rather not hear Time Waits for No One - I'm not sure why - but I know it is a popular choice. I just can't see it would be an exiting song to see live.

They played 'Faraway Eyes' at Brixton in '95!

It was good.

Well we have sent the wishlist that was a thread here until last week.
Together with StonesDoug we sent the list to the 4 gretest rockers of
the world. Hopefully they will at least consider some of the songs on the list.

You can find the final list updated in the thread "LAST update on WISHLIST"
But please don't try to vote anymore because we won't be updating it anymore.
Everyone had three weeks to vote!

Some good choices, Stargroover.

I feel they should open the Ottawa show with an older number from the 60s, since the last time they played Ottawa was in 65. Maybe "everybody needs somebody". I'd also love to hear "Look What You've Done" and "Citadel" live.

THey played " Faraway Eyes" in 1978 and it was a BORE!

Like Keith yelled at me in the 2003 Amsterdam show: "This ain't no whorehouse, pal!"

I didn't say the entire SHOW was boring, but FARAWAY EYES is not a song that engages the listener, plus I almost got trampled under hundreds of stampeding feet! It was their opening number and the rush to the stage was BAD! The Stones ARE NEVER A BORE!

Rockman - sure, I'm never, but still I'd say I'm a good boy :-)

Debra, Darling, I'm sorry you got me wrong, didn't try to say they are a bore, I love 'em with all my heart, the music that is and if I was a gay boy I'd quite go for Mick, wouldn't you?
Anyway, sorry for being so cheeky, but it was worth a try, wasn't it?

That's Ok Rocky, I thought you were trying to make it sound like I was saying that the Stones were a BORE! I get it! And yes, I'm sure some gay men are terribly attracted to the Mickster! I am a heterosexual female and have had the HOTS for Mick since I was 11 years old! The longest fantasy of my life!

You are a heterosexual female? Well, that sounds great to me!
You still have the HOTS for Micky boy? And what about that fantasy of yours? What kind of fantasy is it? Or is it just a fan-tasy - like meetin' him or something? Have you ever met him?
