There is an interesting article in todays Times,based on weeks in the UK singles and album charts.Top is Elvis with 2463 weeks then Cliff,Beatles,Queen,Madonna,right through to Shaking Stevens at 100 with 435 weeks.
The Stones are at 16,with 1,173 weeks.
The article confirms our boys as the most lucrative live musical attraction.
