The pre-sale is probably sold out. You should try during the public sale on May 21.

Sold out? Isn't that the whole idea of your membership?????
Why do they end the pre-sale at all?

You can use the AMEX cardmember link and still get tickets, although not great ones. there were some 99 dollar tickets in section 432 about 30 minutes ago

If you can't rock me, somebody will

From what I understand, they only allot a certain amount of tickets to the fan club members for the pre-sales. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any tickets left for the general public when they go on sale May 21.

So? But they paid 100$ more (25 a ticket more)

How much you want to bet that a second Soldier field show is announced about 5 minutes after tickets go on sale Saturday? If it's anything like Boston, there will be another presale, (actually post sale) opportunity for fan club members.

Sounds like a similar deal is in store for 2nd SF show also. Ticketmaster pulled it from the Find Tickets status today. Not even listed now.

Now I got a message from ticketmaster that this code is yet not active. Check back 05/18

yeah, they pay $100 more for the right of access to a presale

are you suggesting that potentially ALL the tickets for a show should be reserved for a presale as long as there is demand?

then it wouldnt be a presale, would it?

Gazza, I don't think there is a potential for ALL tickets being sold during the pre-sale. Maybe only 25%? I think most people wait public sale.
My opinion is that for those people who buy a 100$ membership should be able to buy their 4 tickets as long as tickets are not on public sale and the concert is not sold out during pre-sale.
I think it's only fair.
