Olympia 2003 DVD - Song choices

Why haven't they released the whole gig on the Four Flicks DVD? I can understand why they didn't put IORR or TD (they are on Disc 2 and 3) but why no Rip This Joint ? Did they f*** up the song ? It would have been better than another version of HTW
