The reprise was encouraged by the live audience response...I was there up front.
The audience chanting of "Whoo, whoo...whoo,whoo...whoo,whoo...whoo, whoo..."at the end of the song brought Ronnie back out and he started playing the chords. I thnk Charlie and then Keith then joined in, but Mick refused to continue, and the song was over.
Thankfully, no machines, samples or tape looping can respond to a live audience. It was all live for those last few seconds, and it was much more soulful sounding and straight from their hearts. @#$%& the sampling, it has no place at a Stones concert.
