Without Rick Wright, there's no Pink Floyd. Yeah, they made The Final Cut without him, but that was essentially a Waters solo album.
If the tickets said "Pink Floyd" on them, people would buy them. In 1987, and again in 1994, VAST quantities of "Floyd" tickets were sold for what were essentially David Gilmour solo tours. Don't underestimate the power of a brand name.

Judging by the total and utter hysteria over his death and the comedy show that was his funeral at the Staples Centre, quite possibly a further 50 such funeral services at the O2 would be a sell-out. Surprised AEG haven't come up with that one as yet ..... just wait !! I suspect they're not done with trying to recoup their impending losses quite yet !!
