Actually, I've been reading reports from some of the hired "fans" this year and it looks like almost all of them really are big Bruce fans. They said some people are just there for a Superbowl experience, maybe 30%, but the rest are real fans.

Yes when the call went out for volunteers for this years halftime show. The Springsteen fans stepped up bigtime. Their are many diehards who have been down in Tampa practicing setting up the stage. That's also why their have been leaks about what will be played.

Eh, this is kind of a boring topic, but - HEY - I am bored.

I'd go with:

1. Born to Run (an anthem)
2. Working on a Dream (gotta plug a new single)
3. Glory Days (great sports-crowd song)
4. The Rising (his anthem as of late)

oh and to the poster who said he was a phenom of the west coast, come on man, live outside your bubble for crying out loud! I live in Nashville - hardly New Jersey - and the guy's huge here. He just sold out the Somet Center here a couple of months ago in a matter of minutes.

And, no, I didn't go. I like the guy but not enough to pay more than $20 to see him in concert. But to just make a statement like that is silly. It's like saying "Yeah, The Beatles are huge in Liverpool but we just don't see the appeal here where I live".

Sorry, I am in a crummy mood so I am probably overly critical tonight.

Yeah gaz. For those unfamaliar with the concept. What I posted above was what was rehearsed today at the final rehearsal for sunday. So unless Bruce calls an unlikely audible. That's what he is going to play.
