Label color Stones Chile releases

May be a dumb question( been accused before!) but I ran across some Chile Stones releases-what is the difference between say "Beggars Banquet" with yellow lp label and green label? Is that their version of Mono and Stereo? or something else.

Flowers and Beggars Banquet are existing with yellow and green labels but unfortunately I do not know the reason why.
At least Beggars have the same cataloge number on both versions so I do not think that mono / stereo was the difference

Early ones (1st one, OOO Heads, Big Hits, Buttons...) are like the London USA ones: red label (or marroon ?).
Since Flowers, first edition is green and second one: yellow.
It's interesting to see that there are some London releases of unique Decca releases, like Milestones or Stone Age (both green label).

I have all the info I need about the 7" singles but I don't know how many LPs were released in Israel.
Please: give me some info.

Thanks
