worried about you is definitely the highlight. the performance of LIS is a reminder of how weak it sounds in concert; Mick's voice isn't "strong" enough to pull it off. (too bad, cuz it's the best track off of the excellent Voodoo Lounge)
Who are all of those jackasses talking all through "Worried About You"? Why are they even at the show? If they wanted to talk the whole time, they should have just gone to a bar!!
Many thanks for sharing. Mick's falsetto is better here than the version we got on Four Flicks. Ronnie plays a fine solo, too, with only a couple of bum notes.
Those jabbering fans remind me of why I dislike audience recordings, but since we got'em for free, that's OK.
We got a teaser for "Rain Fell Down", too -- would you post that one, please?

Love is Strong: a good reminder that this song is just mediocre, and that it never worked live. Let's Spend: A messy run through, not a bit different too the B2B tour. Will Keith ever stop these terrible slurs? It sounds like a sad Vegas act, playing songs from their youth, but they can't handle the tempo anymore. Worried: what a god awfull solo by Wood. It just is truly painful to listen to. Jagger does an excellent job though, it saves the song.
i love how people just bash what the stones do but still find the time to bash the stones on a website. i guess some stones fan have just too much money or too much time on their hands.
also thanks for the songs. i got to go back to um..........work instead of bashing the stones every 5 seconds.
Oh common, Mathijs is right, this solo is just dreadful, completely out of time, like a stumblin' man's walk... Jagger is fine though, and his harp is excellent on LIS. Answering a question asked somewhere else, my guess is, YES, Jagger gets frustrated by the mess played behind him...
LSTNT > a mess LIS > fair/good for a song they play once in a decade WAY > very good (if we skip...) RFD > better than on record, good groove GS > average
mick > terrific both vocals and harmonica keith > sometimes thundering sometimes missing ronnie > don't know wht to say. i hate the "basher's party" and the "mt'73" party but, let's put it this way, he can do much better. charlie > is always good tonight
of course i wasn't there and the quality of the boot can be misleading but, nevertheless, is good enough to give an idea, and an opinion
sorry, it lstnt was great ...then all of a sudden it sucked?????? weak spot of the show!!!.......best part gimme shelter, love is strong , worried about you.......kieths songs....hope tohight is good......
There's not much about that solo that doesn't sound like Ron Wood. First of all, there is nothing about it that is out of tune or out of key. He switches to minor blues early in the solo. Most of the masters switch between major and minor blues while playing. Ron has always used the minor blues more, other than when he is playing slide. I don't much like Ron's tone on it, sounds like some kind of digital distortion, but that could be the sound of the boot. Sure, Ron has done better, but to say that it is dreadful or out of tune is wrong.

Well, it was absolutely great! We played last week, and it was thrilling to play with the old band again. In fact, I think we played better than ever, as there wasn't any tension or anything, just a couple of guys having fun. And, no one of us sounded like Ron Wood at the MSG -we all remembered what song to play, in what key to play it, which scale would be best, and we all left our digital distortion pedals at home, where it belongs.
If you think Wood played a good solo on Worried: you must be deaf, dumb and blind.
