To ignore the impact of Covid, and especially the new Delta variant is beyond foolish...honestly, I agree with the person who said NO SHOW is worth risking getting that sick & injuring your lungs and who knows what else permanently. I pointed out in another thread that Vegas is LOADED with Delta/Covid...I worry that if these shows go on, some member of the crew/roadies will catch Covid and sp

Yes, Georgie48, American fans are VERY worried about contracting Covid at a Stones concert.( see my post under STONES 2021 and all of those who agreed with me). Many fans that I know who would NEVER miss a Stones Tour are sitting this one out...it's not worth the chance of being hospitalized, or worse. You have to know that in a crown of 25,000 - 50,000 there will be unmasked fans who are no

I suggest you talk to a counselor...there are plenty of counselors ...FREE through insurance...they can free your mind, explain that you're not alone in your struggle. This is a horrible time to be alive...with Covid, Global Warming, and just so many out of control folks...sometimes we all need to speak with someone who doesn't know us, who can be totally objective. It can't hurt!

Thanks, YCAGWYWPMD, I thought there would be no one who'd agree with me. I would LOVE nothing more than seeing a few more Stones concerts..I am seriously worried though and feel the risk is far too great. You know there will be those who are not vaccinated at the shows NOT wearing masks..I just pray the Stones stay Covid-Free! Do you think the shows will actually go on as scheduled?

The elephant in the room for me is the resurgence of Covid in most of the states they're going to ....the Delta Variant is no joke and has practically shut down Vegas...mask mandates will probably be in place by September because Covid is getting worse by the day in the USA...I'm surprised the Jazz Festival is happening in New Orleans on October 13, being the center of Covid activity.Lo

Vegas is a mess with Covid right now.The government may have to step in it's so BAD! Only 34% of the residents in Vegas are vaccinated and they decide to PLAY THERE? Who designed this tour? How did they pick the cities that they'd travel to? Why are they not waiting until their 60th Anniversary, NEXT YEAR?

Thanks for posting, it was very interesting. He has been very brave very resilient in his struggles with lung cancer. All of the great rockers from his era smoked non-stop...it should be a warning to the youngsters who admire these " Rock Gods!" I'm just glad to see Ronnie doing so well!

I was informed that the photo of Mick inside Wembley with 3 others is from 2014. If you watched the games on TV, did anyone see a shot of Mick inside? They showed a lot of celebs and if he was there, the cameras would have found him.

According to CNN, Mick was tested before boarding the plane, while ON the plane and upon arrival in England. He is fully vaccinated and is wearing a professional surgical mask. I don't think there's another person on the planet that is safer to be around than Mick. Mick is not typically one who flaunts breaking rules, especially where one's health is concerned. Let the guy enjoy hi

Jbwelda, if you read my previous post you'd see that I said I did not approve of Mick doing a 15 year old ...he did not get a " pass" from me on that IF HE KNEW her age...and in a subsequent post someone pointed out a quote from Rae who admitted Mick thought she was much older and was mad when he found out her age. I was just making a point about those who take offense at just abou

Don't you find it odd that certain people here seem to prefer that Mick be locked up...yet they post frequently on a Rolling Stones site...a FAN SITE....so, are they fans of the band or not? These same folks frquently post rather negatives things about Jagger...which is it? Do you love the band or are you a jealous wanna-be pretending to love all things Stones?

Majesty, have you heard the saying " those who live in GLASS HOUSES should not throw stones"? Unless you live the life of a saint, I think it behooves you to not to be so quick to judge others...be they rock stars or just commoners. It sets you up for scruntiny...

That's one very dumb quote! For one thing, the Stones never have & never will announce " a farewell tour" and I see no similarities between Mick & Roger Federer....none! I do enjoy watching Roger play, however....but not nearly as much as I love watching Mick " MOVE LIKE JAGGER!"

I'm sure, Big Al he " didn't want her ID!".....after all, as the author of " Stray Cat Blues", it's not as disappointing as it is expected. That was a long time ago, Mick has graduated to ladies in their late 20's now!!

No " bypass", just not particularly funny. As for Rae Dawn Chong, I would bet she was not forced into doing anything....not that I think it's appropriate ...it's really not, but Mick shouldn't be singled out for having sex with young girls...the list of male rockers who did the same goes on for miles.

Apparently HIS MAJESTY has absolutely no insight or knowledge about the life of Mick Jagger...to think that all he's ever done is " shag " after women makes me wonder if he really loves the Stones. Maybe he was joking....of all the rock stars on the planet, Mick has the most interests OUTSIDE of being in a band than the rest combined. He loves to read, is interested in gardening, a

For the record, this meeting place was Harry's Bar, London. I found out about this gathering on Facebook. I bet they've met up in more private places as well to help keep Ronnie's spirits up during his recovery. It's great to see that they really care about each other, outside of being bandmates!

Love that song and actually there are a few other really great tunes from that " Alfie" soundtrack ( produced by Dave Stewart). Check out " Darkness of Your Love", & " Standing in the Rain".. I also prefer the version that Mick sings without Sheryl Crow, although her version is not bad at all.

Georgie48, I just looked at the photos of Ronnie and the hood could be a sign of hair loss for sure....I also have a close friend who's going through chemo and hair loss is almost immediate. MEISE, there ARE terrible side affects to chemo that can show up years later....it sucks, no doubt. Doctors down-play these later side affects because folks would refuse the life-saving treatments if the

Sending only positivity to Ronnie at this time of continued recovery. I don't want JEFF BECK in his place on TOUR!( Or anyone else for that matter! ) I hate the thought that the July 7th, 2019 show that I saw was my LAST TIME....he must have
