For Mick Taylors sound the difference was him playing through a vintage Ampeg VT-40, I believe it was the original one he played through in the 1970's which was retrieved from the stones warehouse in London. There are rumour's that Darryl is no longer associated with Lakland bass guitars as he is no longer featured on their web site. The headstock photo of the bass in high res provided by Z whilst uninteligible, has some familiar characteristics. Attached is a a good picture of Darryls bass, which is the same logo as Keiths, does not appear to be Darryl Jones Lakland bass, it is a bass brand like the guitar brand that I am unfamiliar with. Link from Darryls other band Dead Daisies

At the Sydney concert on the 12th November I was very close to both Keith and Darryl Jones, during Miss You, Darryl had a new guitar with the same logo as the one everyone is questioning. Link to Miss You is below (watch around the 3.40 mark) I am guessing that Darryl also has had a GAS day and purchased the new bass and had the guitar thrown in for keith to try from whomever the maker
