QuoteGreen Lady Quotewith sssoul LoFL - what did the Mick do in HTW when he was down at the end of the catwalk? It looks like he took someone's phone and took a crowd shot followed by a selfie, but I'm not sure I believe what I seem to be seeing :E The Glimmers were both in great voice, weren't they - as were all the guitars I love the Rolling Stones Somebody tweeted &qu

Just got back to my hotel room from this show. I'll send a full report to BV tomorrow, but this was a kick ass show. I shot a decent video of "Kansas City" and I'll get that up on YouTube if no one has a better one. Keith went nuts on Street Fighting Man. I've never seen him play it with that much fury. The whole band played with extra intensity. I doubt that it was

I think I went to the first show (the 9th?) and the closing show (the 15th?), but it's 40 years. A lot of mileage since then.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. The story was simple and crazy. All you had to do was camp out in front of the box office windows at the Forum. I was 21 at the time, just out of college hunting for my first real job, so I had plenty of time. My friends and I had done the sleepover thing in '72 and I snagged 2nd row center for that show. (And yes, I shot one of those shows too!)

I had the amazing opportunity to see the Rolling Stones with front row seats two nights at the Forum in L.A. in 1975. I somehow managed to bring in a camera to shoot the shows. I shot over 100 slides. Sadly, most of them deteriorated over the years, but some of them survived. I just converted them to digital format and I wanted to share the best ones with the IORR community. Here are a couple to

To show you exactly where this seat is, I used a TicketMaster seat map from a very similar venue (another football stadium). Face value $424.50. MakeAGrownManCry@gmail.com

I posted this on the ticket page, but just in case, I'll repost here: A friend of mine backed out, so I have one seat available in Section B, row 3, near the middle of the section for the KC show. I bought it for $373.60 right when they lowered the price. Let me know if you're interested. MakeAGrownManCr

They must have just dropped the Platinum prices for the Minneapolis show. They call them AXS premium for this show. I just picked up a fantastic pair of tickets, but I can only use one of them. (You have to buy these in pairs.) The seats are in Section E, Row 4, seats 1 and 2. These are right on the aisle, right next to section D. I'm not looking to make a dime on this. But I do

Also depends on the "who pays how much" arrangement. If your friends are paying for the "dips" then there should be no heartburn no matter what they end up with.

I'm a long time fan hoping that one of you has one extra good seat (Sections A2-A7, not too far back). I'm willing to pay any fair price. I can't tell you how much this would mean to me. My email address tells the story: MakeAGrownManCry@gmail.com

I've been hunting hard for a semi decent single. I saw exactly 1 $396 ticket this morning, deep in A12. Pass. All the $175s have been back in lower level, a few in second level. Pass. Try again Monday.

There was an SNL show where Wayne and Garth got a surprise visit from Aerosmith. With Keith in the house on Sunday, I thought they had it all teed up for him to pop in, and for them to close with their signature, "We're not worthy." Would have been a cool moment.

Vienna June '14. Sympathy. Backing track goes out and Charlie kind of gives up on the song. Mick, Keith and Woody try to keep it going. One by one they surrender and laugh it off. Never saw anything like it before, never will again. It comes apart at 6:45.

Dear BV, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done to help all of us enjoy The Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World, especially when they’re on tour. Over the years, the band and other sites have figured out how to share these experiences, but the IORR site has brought me a ton of enjoyment over the years and I wanted to be sure to tell you how much I appreciate al
