Quoterichie26188 LD’s on sale a full hour after General sale for Manchster. An indication ticket sales are a little sluggish? More like that they weren't publicised; there isn't even a tweet.

Has anyone seen any face value pit tickets available today at all? ALSO - what time did the 2nd London show get added on Tuesday?

Just to note - I had delivery options for My London 22nd LDs and (foolishly) chose Eticket rather than box office. I'm sure I can get it sorted out, but if you are getting a choice, make it easy for yourself and choose box office collection. I didn't have an option for any of the rest of my LDs.

No announcement of LDs. Am thinking they may hold them back until after the general sale.

Know how you feel. Seems to me that there is less clarity about these tickets than the last few tours (which of course is what they want).

Quoteandy js Quotecarouslambra Quoteandy js Give us Villa Park you bastards! Ricoh Arena is surely the more likely choice. Has hosted most concerts in the midlands over the past decade including Springsteen. True but it's not in a central hub like Birmingham and is also way smaller. I've just seen it can hold 40k for a concert. If that's the case then Villa Park, having a big

Quoteferda Guys, may I ask or your advice - shall I go for Pit ticket? I am torn. I love the boys, Pit is a great experience as it's comfy to get to the place, not crowded and close to the stage but this price is huge. I had Pit ticket in Stockholm last year but the price was ~40% of this. I am pretty sure I can enjoy the show in GA as well but yeah, it's likely the last time. Thought

Quotebv They have been touring since 1962 so roughly 55 years on the road. If you pay 100 pounds or Euro for a ticket that is 2 euro or dollar or pounds per year. You don't get a beer for that anywhere in the world. Also, if you can't afford a Stonews ticket per year, or per every 10 years, you probably have other priorities in life. That's actually very similar to how I think a

QuoteGazza What I would say to that though is that I dont think you SHOULD have to make those kind of financial sacrifices to get a bit of dancing space near the front in a stadium. Certainly not to the extent where youre having to pay 3-4 times more than someone who's standing 20 yards behind you. The Stones (and other acts) hardly struggled financially with the ticket selling model they

I am amazed that they started so 'low' compared to face value. However, the fact that they are still 520 indicates that they are not selling many. The platinum pit tickets in London started at 520, then went to 640, 690 and then 730 within an hour. syrel

QuoteMWasilewski Hi, In the polish eventim site, the announcement is that the tickets are sold very fast and that some categories are already sold out. Could you tell me if that is just a way to force people to buy crappier tickets or if it can be truth? I would be very sceptical - only presale allocations will have sold out

QuoteFinnstone TM are basically trying to kill the ticket tout market by being a ticket tout themselves. It's not TM who is doing this, it's the promoters. TM take the heat for the additional fees, but the majority of them go to artist/promoter. syrel

Some advice to people buying TM platinum tickets - those prices are likely to DROP in the next few days. They are dynamically priced, and rely on people making panic decisions now. The pit tickets for Stockholm dropped from £675 to £375 one week after the on sale date (I know from painful experience). Obviously, this isn't legally binding advice but in my view you will be pretty safe wai

Absolutely Bardo-B, I wasn't replying directly to you. The explanation (though certainly not a justification) is they are Ticketmaster's 'Platinum' tickets (supposedly better seats than normal tickets in the same price range, but that's not true). syrel

OK, so it seems that TM presale is only Platinum (Pit a surprisingly low markup of £520), and AXS is the same tickets as available all week. No new pit.
