QuoteGS1978 Looks like Voodoo Lounge stage -- 1994/1995 Track listing very similar to "Stripped" CD isn't Mick wearing the shirt with the Bill Wyman Magazine Cover attached to it? what was that actually about? also noticed the Stripped-likeness. but has anyone here ever listened to "natural magic"? kind of curious about that one.

QuoteJustin QuotestoneheartedKD Lang's name in the credits is not evidence of collaboration, but instead an admission of plagiarism. No it's not. it's beside the point. Anybody seen my Baby is an example for a song where Keef is credited, yet obviously kdlang and Mick did the actual songwriting. much of the impressive guitar work is Waddy Wachtel, too. so why bother with det

what a great title for a bootleg! is it any good? some tracks i have never stumbled upon before. could be just different titles though. also nice: when you look at Mick first without noticing the backdrop, you'd have to think it's from 1976

that release i would've actually bought instead of just downloading. but that's such a variety of different sounding material from different band periods and lineups that it would make for an incoherent listening experience, i'm afraid

Quotestonehearted I'm not trying to tell you anything, except this: Streets Of Love (Jagger/Richards) Old Habits Die Hard (Jagger/Stewart) Only one of the above tracks could have been on ABB, for obvious reasons. the Glimmers have stated in various interviews that they always use Jagger/Richards no matter how much one of them was involved. i raise you -Doom & Gloom -One more Shot

upload them anywhere else and just post the link between [ img] here then it will show up in the post. be careful though, i have just learned from Bjornulf that animated graphics (ie *.gif) are a no-go.

couldn't the Stones release another DVD Box Set (is bound to come in some way) this time with all the concerts? i'm thinking of just taking the video that is fed live to the three jumbotrons and editing it into widescreen? would be good enough for me. i seriously consider the recent tour on fire enough that no further editing will be required. perhaps throw a few birdview shots and

if i ever managed to get a band together that could open for the Stones (toughest spot for any Band) i wouldn't dare to touch Jagger/Richards compositions with a 10 foot pole. that being said, great punkey version of JJF. Brabazon Band, as Keef would say. for what it's worth, here's our 2011 version: confident it sounds better when we play it now. we sadly missed our usua

Quotegotdablouse The bad news is that with such a successful tour there won't be a lot incentive for a perfectionist like Jagger to give it another shot, unlike in 2007 with the rather bleak ending, Stade de France 1/3 tarped, Keith's playing, etc...must admit, never looked at it this way. sincerely hoping Mick/Charlie aren't just waiting for the "best moment" because tha

Quotestonehearted Habits is one that Mick wrote entirely on his own. please don't try to tell me that Keef was involved in the writing of Streets of Love. someone said he merely threw a little Fairy Dust over it. for Jagger it seems to work both ways. well i just listened to Blue (thanks for pointing it out on YT) and have to agree, this would've made a great Stones Song. the har

oh, and while planning is all right, in my opinion an official Stones Museum should only ever be opened posthumously.

Quotealimente ...but I also always included "Blue" which is the best song any Stones member recorded since the early 90's - and it's absolutely not understandable why it was "hidden" on a Jagger solo b-side and therefore not even known by some Stones fans. If it sounded too "stonesy" for Goddess Mick could as well have saved "Blue" for ABB - which

i don't wanna sound revisionist as i am german. =) but i'm thoroughly convinced that, if ABB came out as i sequenced it (again: Old Habits die Hard as a Stones Song! why does no-one want to share an opinion on that??) we would today regard it as the classic of the latter-day Stones opus. feel free to comment^^

QuoteThe Worst. Quotebv This is the last tour.Seems like Keith was right after all, when he was asked in 1997 if BTB was going to be the last tour: "Yeah, this and the next five!" 1) Security 2) Licks 3) Bang 4) 50 & counting 5) Fire following that logic, one should consider 50 and 14 as two legs of the same tour. so bring on the European Tour 2017! Tour No.5
