For me Some Girls belongs to the best Stones albums together with the big four, BB, LIB, SF and Exile. I think it is a matter of taste which one of these you consider ultimatley their best. 1978 for the last time the Stones really succeeded in being "relevant" for the broad public. All the songs of Some Girls do have their charm. Lies is the only song which I don´t appreciate too muc

always liked it a lot, I would even say love it. One of the few post 1989 songs which are regularly played live - so you could argue that in a way it really is a later-day Stones classic. BTW: VL really starts strong with LIS and then YGMR....

For me Too Tough is a very good, in a postive sense typical Stones rocker with great guitars, a great chorus and a great solo. I also love Micks vocals and the lyrics. Too Tough is for me one of the highlights on a really strong album - Undercover.

I always had a weak spot for the album Dirty Work, though I understand its critics, especially regarding the "80ies" sound, the drums and the way Mick sings. Anyhow, I think that there are a couple of good (Had It With You, Sleep Tonight) and even very good songs (One hit, Harlem Shuffle, Dirty Work) on it. STB on the other hand as albums sounds to me too commercial, too "un-stones

ER was one of my first Stones albums and "she´s so cold” was the 1st stones song I fell in love with) I think it is a real good album, but not a great one, though one of the best sounding ones.
