Quoteliddas At first couple of listens the new album is good. If you listen to Hackney and Dark Matter one after the other, I think that it is quite easy to identify how much Andrew Watt's influenced both sessions. C Three songs in and I have to agree. Is he a one-trick pony? I love his sound, but it is recognizable (which can be a good thing; he has a signature sound), and I could t

Supply and demand. Too bad we won't band together and boycott overpriced shows. That could swing the pendulum the other way. Won't happen though, so we get what we deserve. The unethical tricks of holding back blocks of tickets till way after tickets go on sale, however, isn't our fault, and should be addressed. Creating false scarcity is unethical.

My wife needs to see specialists “sometime over next 2 months” according to her GP today. She is obviously far more important. I’m going to put the s

QuoteTheBluesHadaBaby Gary Clark Jr. is awesome. I saw him last summer... 8th row. (And there was a drunk couple 7th row, other side. The guy was stupid and noisey, "Gary" this and "Gary" that, like they were pals and the concert was all for him. Clark didn't put up with him for long. "HEY. Don't be yelling at me all night. Quoterlj1010 QuoteNashvilleBlues You left out Dinosaur Jr. on September 21. Definitely don’t miss them! J is one of my favorite guitarists. And, Lou (also from Sebadoh, a fantastic band) rips on bass! They’re like a warm sonic blanket of noise. They tend to be polarizing, but if you’re on the right end of that, you’ll be rewarded greatly by their catalog and live show. Also, J is one of the best,
