I contacted customer service through Ticketone email as I had not received the refund. They replied withinin a day and I received my refund. Albeit I lost about $49 US on the transaction which I must say I am a bit pissed about.

Cindy, I am from US and I did the same as you and it said that it was accepted. There was a different barcode on each ticket. Maybe try using a different browser? I have had issues with other sites in that manner. Also, you could email their customer service. I emailed them a couple of times about the original mailing of the ticket vouchers and they responded. I purchased LD's for Bern among others and I was charged for postage to send the tickets to the US. I have never heard of this and I have done the LD many times before. So I emailed customer service and they replied that they are sending a voucher to be then turned in on show day for the actual tickets. Anyone else have this happen for the Bern show? Thanks!!!
