I'm pretty sure that he hasn't played a Genesis song in one of his shows since about 1978. When he toured after his first two solo albums, he'd do a Genesis song as the encore (Back in NYC on the first album tour, The Lamb on the second album tour). Nothing from his old band's catalog since. Though there was that Genesis reunion show in 1982. i/o is his first album of new s

Quotebobo Quotegeorgemcdonnell314 its not overrated. Live at Leeds is considered one of the best live albums. Quotebobo Quoteumakmehrd Lets face it there really is only one "Live at Leeds" The Who 1970 wicked live release.... Overrated. To me it is overrated, but so is also The Who. Your loss, your problem.

This is the first Washington show from 1989. I was there. It is noteworthy for the gap between the end of the Continental Drift intro and the beginning of Start Me Up. The second show was the rainy night. That was the last DC area Stones show that I have missed.

When they start accumulating (and they will!), You may want to think about binders for CD-Rs that you make from downloads. Download CD-Rs in jewel cases take up too much space. Shelf space is finite. But the chase for new acquisitions is infinite. Reconciling this dilemna is a constant battle.

The Cap Centre generally had video showing on the scoreboard at midcourt during concerts. Some Springsteen shows have made the rounds. But I'm not aware of video recordings of the '81 Stones shows circulating.

The original lineup of The Allman Brothers Band. See Fillmore East. Too bad that lineup only lasted 2 1/2 years. In introducing their set to close the Fillmore East, noted California partisan Bill Graham called the ABB the finest music his untrained ears had ever heard.

Bill. It's a rhythm based band. So a change in the core rhythm section is bound to have the biggest impact.

Kingston is less funky. Saw him once, in 1999, warming up for J. Geils at the Bristow (VA) summer shed. About 1,000 people in a place that holds 23,000 in 105 degree heat. Both acts deserved better.

Quotemuffie Can't help wonder if Jagger, having Jimmy Page onboard for GHS 2020's Scarlet, was in a STAR STAR 1978 mindset when he titled this contained track: Jimmy Page Is Quite A Rage I could not see the reason why If I ever make it back to fun city girl I'll make you jump all night IIRC, on some of the 1975 versions of Starf-cker, Jagger sang it as "Jimmy Page

Quotethunderball Ok I got the order through. I added GHS vinyl and the shipping options activated. Maybe there is a minimum spend for some parts of the world! Just a guess..... This seems to be correct. In my purchase, the shipping options didn't activate until I added a GHS vinyl. Once I did that, bingo!

I've heard most of day 1, but occasionally do need
