Really like the version of tumbling dice from this show. Steve’s drumming brings back just a hint of the early 70s groove.

Hello all - I have 2 extra tickets in section g, row 1 to Tuesday’s Dallas show that I am selling for face value (I will eat Ticketmaster fees). Please message if interested or if you’d like to make an offer! Would also potentially trade the 2 for a single to the hard rock show on November 23.

Is there a ledge on the wall at the back of the pit? Wife will be 7 months preggo for our local show and I’m trying to decide if the pit is a bad idea. Was thinking that, if there’s a ledge, we could hang out at the back and she could sit a bit if needed. Appreciate any insight!

Here's my view after 30 or so listens - it's good. Potentially a career milestone. As a longtime fan, gotta preface that something - anything - new from this band is exciting. Mick's voice, Keith's staccato rhythm instincts, Ronnie's fills and Charlie's wagon wheel swing simply conjure joy from a track that's new to the ears; moreover, the band hits a gro

Listening to the new pressing of BtoB. As far as the technical aspects of the pressing, I have nothing to compare it to other than my old CD and Spotify. From that aspect, this one sounds fine to me, but that’s not why I post tonight. This is a great, underappreciated album. I like Voodoo and ABB, but bridges is something special, a worthy latter-day near masterpiece that plays in competition

Looking forward to getting my copy. Surprised that - aside from the RS interview with Showell - there haven't been any reviews of the sound to pop up in the press this week ahead of the release. The half speed mastered Exile released a couple of years ago, to me, sounds very good. I'm looking forward to hearing the other albums soon!

B2B is for me far better than Steel Wheels, Voodoo, or ABB, and I probably listen to it more than most Stones albums other than Exile and Sticky Fingers. I always wanted to take a stab at re-sequencing it slightly: 1. Intro - the beginning of How Can I Stop, which fades after the first electric guitar phrase into the electric keyboards of Juiced 2. Juiced 3. Flip the Switch 4. ASMB 5.

For what it's worth, I noticed at the beginning of Gimme Shelter (before Lisa's solo), every time they showed her on the screen, she was fidgeting with the monitor in her ear. I remember thinking that she must be having problems. That said, from where I was sitting, her solo didn't sound off key or more high in the mix than it has been over the last several years.

I'm always very enthusiastic on initial listens of any Stones-related project . . . this is no exception. It sounds great to me. Can't wait to get it in better quality.

Re: Exile, I've never thought about the references to torn clothes before. As far as symbolism goes, I guess torn clothes show decay, being washed up, etc. They also, though, reveal what they once covered. If the clothes are gone, you see the skin. I tend to doubt it was by design, but it is interesting that Exile is viewed as the Stones at their purest - stripped down, perhaps, to t

While I'm no fan of Mick's lazy lyrics of late (a few exceptions - Saint of Me comes to mind), I think yall are being a little too hard on "the moon is yellow, I'm like jello, staring down your tits." That verse, "Everybody's talking, showing off their wits, the moon is yellow . . . " in my opinion paints a perfect picture for the listener. Who hasn&#
