It was released in 1992 in EVERY European country which had an IMAX cinema back then. Not too many I recall but for sure in the Netherlands and in Austria where I bought my CD-single and 7inch (Made in Holland btw). It's rare because I suppose it sold badly and it wasn't release in Germany and the UK - two big markets. Have a look on www.ebay.de - it turns up there every now and then..
