QuoteVoodooLounge13 A couple questions for the group: 1. What is Whit Friday? 2. The Oldham school mentioned in the article, is there any family history tying it to the one ALO??? No. His Grandfather David Jagger was the church organist for 20 years. His father Joe grew up in the area. All in the article. Just because ALO's surname was Oldham doesn't necessarily mean he has rece

QuoteDandelionPowderman It was a blast playing, although I was a little rusty not having played or sung on stage for four years. It was great, though, and the audience really helped us through it I'm paying the price with a positive covid-test now, but I'll be fine. Thanks to everyone who came down and made this a beautiful Stones night I’d like to add a big thanks from me too

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl Bag finally arrived - 60 hours after landing. Good news and earlier than promised. No doubt a huge relief and you can relax and enjoy the rest of your trip. I enjoyed my weekend a lot then checked my bank online to discover I’ve been charged nearly double the agreed rate for my accommodation! I’ve sent them a firmly worded email so we’ll see what happens. Also failed to

Quotelem motlow The return of the riff master- If I paid my money and he came out and played that intro to knockin like he did at this show and they just left I would’ve walked away happy. They were showing a spark in the States but they’re just torching it in Europe. I’ve been watching the Stones live for 47 years now and it takes me 5 seconds to tell when they’re firing on all cylinders.

QuoteHairball Exciting - have a great time everyone. TVM.I'm solo gigging this one and held down my front row spot in Gold Circle Esdt with no loo trips needed I'm a bit worried about that stupid swivel camera rig on Ronnie's side they're currently testing. It could seriously mess up my view.

Quotepetewasbristol I made it. Gold circle. That was a hell of a drive into the capital. Now to chill and wait for the boys. Phoebe Bridgers is sounding phenomenal. Hyde Park Merch is pretty poor, but that is just me being picky. Enjoy the show everyone! Well done. I'm on the front row of GC East - Ronnie's side. Phoebe Bridgers was indeed quite the revelation..Finished with a flouris

QuoteStonedRambler The stage looks so much better than their own this tour. Great, large screens. Agreed. The only part of their own stage they're using is the catwalk. The main BST stage is the same as 2013.

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl Well, my bag didn’t make it past my connecting flight to Heathrow. I waited at the baggage carousel for nearly an hour, where a sign read Bags Arriving for my flight. Not a single bag came up during that time, but the sign changed to Bags Delivered. Two disinterested guys working at the enquiry counter, a long wait to be told I ‘should’ have it by Tuesday. Hundreds of bags pi

Quotedaspyknows You will need the BST app whether you like it or not. It uses the AXS platform so all tickets from AXS, Ticketmaster and Festicket (If they didn't f up your order) will appear in one place. The barcode will say where it was purchased originally. Also be aware AXS can mistake you for a bot at any time and force you to go through a tech support chat to unbot your account. H

Quotecrawdaddy Looks like Paul McCartney on the Pyramid Stage live on Saturday BBC1 10.30pm to 12.35am but not sure if it's a time delay or really live. Other acts for me are Crowded House highlights on BBC4 8pm Friday night. Diana Ross on BBC1 Sunday night 6.45pm to 8pm. Herbie Hancock, Declan McKenna and Dublin's Fontaines DC Sunday night BBC2 between 5pm to 6.45pm, Elbow be

However the BBC are only broadcasting it from 2230. No doubt footage of the 1st hour will surface soon enough. Kudos to Macca for playing a small warm.up gig in the nearby market town of Frome, Somerset at 5pm tomorrow. Tickets were

I finally got the AXS app working, but can't figure out this O2 App. Why can't you use the BST-app? I can use the BST app, but only the ticket for the 3rd of July is showing. Not the 25th of June. Piccadilly Line, Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line are all running with reduced service. Failing that, red buses are not on strike and will get you there with 2 hops. Check your options here : www.tfl.co.uk

They might direct you to some empty better seats. Alternatively, make your way down to ground level. You might be able to get onto the pitch. In the case of GA, it isn’t usually hard. The front of GA is decent at most venues.
