Thoroughly enjoyed the Paris gig - what a great time. A few things about the show: *The choice of set list was superb! Waiting On a Friend, She Was Hot, CYHMK, It's All over Now... loved it!!! *Mick was on fire. He always is. How does he do it - so much energy!! Charlie was good as usual... delighted to say that Woody was really on form. I saw the Giants Stadium show in 2005 and he

The B2B album was rubbish, aside from a clutch of tracks, though the tour was superb. Voodoo kicks it into touch anyday. As does Bigger Bang, which I still like a lot.

Well, I just looked at the reviews of last night's show in 5 or 6 British newspapers today... ...and am pumped to see that the overwhelming consensus in ALL the reviews is that the Stones BLEW EVERYONE AWAY with their energy and stage presence. Can't wait for Paris next weekend now!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed that SMU was superb but that SFTD was poor, esp. Keith's "solo"... sorry Keef.

LIND or LMDS would be excellent choices I'd vote for. She Saw Me Coming would be good, same for Look What the Cat Dragged In and Driving Too Fast!

Just saw it. Keith was disappointing again, Ronnie looked okay, Charlie fine, Mick on fire (as usual).

Love Keef but I just watched Wanna Hold You.... he sucks sometimes, I hate to say. Here's hoping he's "better" for the Paris show!!!!!!!!!!

Just saw Pirates... I was braced for a mega-long turkey and yes, it's not as good as the other flicks true, but it's also not as bad as some of the reviews I've read (or maybe I'd already lowered my expectations enough!). Anyway, Keith's cameo is great, worthy of the great man, even if it's all-too-fleeting (no pun intended!). Nice one, Keef! PS: he looks

Going to see the film tonight. Am braced for it to be a turkey (gobble gobble!) but hoping the Keith cameo will make it worth the slog!

You Can't Always Get What You Want was her fave "past" track.. Also talked about growing up, Studio 54, being babysat by Andy Warhol ("Odd"), finding Keith Richards scary as a child, and asked whether she finds Prince sexy ("He's shorter than me and wears high heels!!")..

I just re-discovered this album after many years and in particular the title track - I'd forgotten how good it is... love the saxaphone and the 'crying like a child' singing... I can't stop playing it in the car - somebody help!

The Mixed Emotions extended edit single is AWESOME - much stronger than either the regular single or album cut. Check it out - you'll love it - including the false stop at the start a la Rough Justice.

As a fan, I was hugely excited to see the new Bon film last night. It doesn't disappoint. They've basically done a "Bind Begins" type film where - though set in the present day - he's just starting out his career and has yet to become the suave and sophisticated secret agent we all know and love. Daniel Craig - after all the initial misgivings in the press - has

For those who didn't realise, my original question was tongue in cheek... OF COURSE a Bigger Bang is way better than lousy old Dirty Work... there's no comparison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It costs $245,003.45 on average per show. They arrive with 12 staff each: four for the drugs, two for rehab, two for guitars, one for shepherd's pie or tea duty, and 3 groupies. Their "rider" for backstage usually consists of a request for a pool table, spare guitar strings and a six-pack of Guinness. Allegedly.

Actually, I compared them just to see what you all think... Personally, I love ABB and (sorry Keith!) just cannot get into DW (same with B2B, their only other total stinker. Apart from much of Emotional Rescue of course). OT I know but anyone seen the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre? I just saw that on DVD. GUess I better catch the prequel now!
