Again, when I go to my Tickemaster order details for Hyde Park #1, it says the tickets cannot be accessed on the Ticketmaster account, and that I will need the BST Hyde Park App to access those tickets. I'll try downloading the AXS app tonight and see what, if any, it says about my tickets.

Irix, I think what PaintMonkeyManBlack is saying is that while the prices for the categories itself did not change, they changed the location of some of the categories. You can see that on the right-hand side if you compare the photos. The block between 02 and P1 was initially red (category 5) but is now orange (category 7) - and yes, the higher rows in that section are now brown (category 10)
