Bienvenida Chica. Thanks for sharing. The IORR forum Hot Stuff has a Petco audio thread. Your full recording would be quite welcome there, I suspect.

Quotespidey9 Quoteflacnvinyl I have a quick question for those of you who attended. On the picture below, where did the main PA stacks hang? From the videos and photos it looks as though the main center stacks hung in the center of A3 and A6. Just curious where the line array actually hangs in relation to the floor seats. You are correct. We were in the middle of A6 and a huge speaker

Quoteonlystones I am in!!! That is all I can say. I have not been able to follow along on Iorr. Bv is here. I have to give up my phone soon. Big congrats! No phones? Maybe the Whitworths will be exempt from the ban and they can Periscope the show for our benefit.

Quotetomy1 Did anyone at the SD show have Lucky Dip tickets - if so what section did you end up with? Our pairs were awarded very high up rows (see arrows) in 319 and 324. Actually, 319 was row 27, the highest/last row at the very top of the stadium. 319 is on the far side of this shot; 324 in foreground.

I may have salvaged a few decent pics from the upper deck locations by going for screen and stage views. Samples below, plus more linked here: Petco 2015 Harold

Lucky Dip sent me literally to the last/highest row in an upper level section, so my photos are salvaged largely by the live screens images. In this view of the stage, who is playing keyboard behind Chuck, I wonder?

I think we used up our Lucky Dip karma when we got double pit in Vegas 2013. Since then, 6 pairs have all been rafters.

Lucky Dip report: rafters, sections 319 and 324. However, we did see the ticket distributors had a small basket of wristbands to hand out to the few true luckies.

Quotelatebloomer Great post BV...yes, enjoy everyone. San Diego is a beautiful city, especially when the Stones are in town! BV and Nikkei No worries, I was trying to explain the flags to those from elsewhere. Memorial Day used to be known as Decoration Day and graves of soldiers were adorned with flowers. People still leave flowers, but flags are more common nowaways. If you have time

It's Memorial Day on Monday, a national holiday to commemorate the US Civil War which ended 150 years ago. Now we mark the day to honor the dead of all the past wars including those fought in 20th and 21st centuries. So you will see lots of flags this weekend, particularly in San Diego as it's a significant Navy port.

QuoteGfmsoccer I know exactly where to stand for the rehearsal/sound check for best sound, and perhaps view as the band enters. I was there for McCartney last Fall and we saw him pull in, wave to us, and then heard his 30 minute sound check free! I'm curious about your preferred outside spot for catching the rehearsal sounds. I'll be roaming around Petco Saturday hoping to catch some

On the theme of seat views, here is a pic I took pregame at Petco a few weeks ago. It shows Field Infield 113 in the foreground looking toward the outfield, where the stage will be positioned. I resized the pic a bit large to offer more row and seat detail of 113 and 115 (to the right).

Possible lead... The LBJ sign in the sleeve could relate to a June 1967 demonstration in LA, as photographed by the Herald-Examiner newspaper: Photograph caption dated June 24, 1967 reads, "Hundreds of anti-war demonstrators paraded in front of Century Plaza Hotel during President Johnson's visit. They carried signs and banners decrying the Vietnam war. Later, a wild melee develop

The process this morning went well using Amex Preferred. The waiting room let me in right after 10:00 and per plan I went after 4 tix @ $175. System came back with a low row in Field Infield 113; bought and printed. Afterwards I poked around and twice brought up 2 on Field 11 row 7, basically head on the B-stage although at some distance. Sent those back, and soon the system started choking wi

With San Diego's Petco Park apparently serving as the stadium opener on May 24, we might see a preview/approximation of possible Stones seating arrangements from this diagram of the forthcoming Miss Swift concert (August 2015), as shown on the Padres ticketing site. The same link leads to assorted packages and their prices for the TS show. Of course, the eventual Stones diagram and

Quotestones2000 Quoteroundnround The Stones will rehearse in LA but will not play a gig there. The warm up show will be in San Diego on May 20. They will also play Nashville, Orlando, Kansas City, and Quebec among other places... How do you know? If they really do San Diego on May 20th, the show can't be at Petco Park: the Padres play the Cubs at home that day.
