Miss U. - one question begs to be asked (in fact, these are a couple of questions): Why don't you or Trevor keep your mouths shut until it is possible to deliver the facts? Why can't you wait until the police reopens the case? Why are you talking about this at a time when it is not possible to deliver the facts, but just hints?

And, Bjornulf, it is only too obvious why these questions are coming up all the time: More and more people ask themselves what's the reason for all this when they listen to Ronnie's playing these days. It seems that - besides

Good point, T&A. Even if he is intentionally playing bad to get the boot from the other boys (and a generous financial reward after being kicked out), as a musician he must get carried away from sheer tactics at least once in a while. By the way, I meant the solo gig was quite good by his standards these days. I did not say that he played as he used to play in the past, not to speak of the

Let's stay on the ground. Honest Man in this form is an unfinished demo of an interesting song idea that for one reason or another, the Stones did not take any further. Suggesting that

And there's one question that does not let me sleep at night: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG, RONNIE? What is it? Lack of interest, lack of inspiration ("The Thrill Is Gone"), alcohol, drugs, a serious desease like Parkinson in the early stages or what?

Both 'Under The Radar' and 'Don't Wanna Go Home' are so @#$%& great that it really really begs the question why they were left off the original ABB album. I would trade them for Driving To Fast, Dangerous Beauty, Sweet Neo Con or Infamy any day.

Well, everybody will prefer his or her own individual tracklist for a Rarities release - and the Stones for sure do not want to hear that their tracklist decision is wrong. But it must be said that the ommitance of a couple of tracks is nothing less than a crime: Think I'm Going Mad comes to mind, but also later tracks such as The Storm, So Young, Jump On Top Of Me, Honest I Do (Stripped rem

I think the "ancient art of weaving" is created when both guitar player - Keith and Ron - actually play together at the same time. It sounds really natural then. This feeling cannot be created when Keith records his part now and Ron overdubs his part weeks later. In fact, Ronnie does not play at all on a couple of ABB tracks. His contributions to the tracks he actually plays on were all

Uuuuh, that is a tough question. It is hard to analyze this. For me it feels like their feeling and inspiriation is gone. Technically, it sounds like they don't swing anymore. They still rock, but they don't roll anymore. It might also have to do with the fact that their live arrangements try to recreate the studio versions as close as possible since a couple of years. This worked durin

It is not my task to think about the band's "value", but it is certainly my task to think about what a stadium show packed with warhorses is worth for me...certainly not more than 75 to 100 dollars maximum.

Hyde Park was Taylor's first concert with the band, and they were obviously underrehearsed and sometimes out of tune, especially the guitars. But it's all in the spirit, baby! Very bluesy, indeed. I love this show because, unlike today, it wasn't a show, it was a concert. A very adventurous concert, look at the setlist! Knebworth - I was there. Being there, it sounded much bette

It's strange that you choose Altamont as a turning point. So it counts to six or seven years career before Altamaont and 36 years after this event. Also, in musical terms this does not make sense to me. They still had to reach their creative peak when they performed Altamont. For me, a turning point was the release of Tattoo You. This was the last truly great classic Stones album for me (
