swsfo - that is a good question. Are you getting this message from Rocks Off or DAD? Not sure what to do in the case of Rocks Off, as I think they might ban someone (?) if they only leech. (?) With DAD, if you can at least get a torrent, you might want to look for a small sized torrent that you think might be very popular (regardless of your taste), download it and then seed it for awhile. Don't give up! I think Cirrohosis is right in that you might be confusing the torrent versus the actual flac files. Once you download and open a torrent, flac files will show up on your desktop BUT they will not contain anything. You will not be able to access them until the actual download is complete. Thanks! Chippy as far as burning DVDs I am on a MAC and use MacRip to rip and either Popcorn or Toast to compress and burn. I got my copies of Popcorn and Toast from piratebay.org (free). My MAC has a built in DVD drive. Hope this helps....

Hi Everybody, I'm in the process of trying to copy what I am assuming is an encrypted dvd but have run into a snag. When I insert the disc into my MAC an icon shows up but, instead of the name of the movie it says LOGICAL VOLUME IDENTIFIER. I tried copying the files to an external hard drive, but they would only show up when the dvd was actually in the player. Once the the dvd was removed

Hello Everybody. I'm trying to copy an encrypted non-Stones DVD (of course) using a MAC. I've successfully ripped it with MACRIP. Can anyone recommend a good MAC burning program that would enable me to capture / copy all features? (ie like subtitles...) I've heard good things about Toast... Hi Everybody, In terms of sound quality, are WAV files better than AIFFs? In terms of storage space, are AIFFs more condensed than WAVs? I did a web search and found a site that has fabricated tests of a variety of file types. To my ears the WAV sample sounded slightly fuller / richer than the AIFF.
