Found out PINK has rescheduled her Vancouver shows for Sept 6-7. I was just thinking that with my luck, she would reschedule the same night as Stones! She has Sheryl Crowe opening for her which is a bonus! So for 2024 I have Madonna, Pink and Springsteen rescheduled shows, hopefully Stones don't get postponed!!

Quotekovach Quotebakersfield I can't believe 'Powerage' is so poorly represented here. It's their best album bu a mile. I think if this a lot like Van Halen's Fair Warning, or Queen II, a really great zolid effort thru and thru and a fan favorite, everything holds up against everything else, which is a blessing and a curse as it leads to nothing jumping out on top as a

Quotestanlove Quotetreaclefingers Quotestanlove Why are they selling tickets half a year in advance? Makes no sense ( especially at their ages ) to me and they didn’t used to do that. At their ages it seems like a good chance that the tour won’t even happen. Love your contributions. You didn’t answer the question. Putting tickets on sale just half a year away is the norm these days. Loo

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl First winter storm of the year coming…freezing rain, snow, crud, and lots of it. This is the traditional day when Canadians wonder why the heck we live in this country and commence 4 months of whining, shovelling, complaining, shovelling, drinking and shovelling. We have an Aussie joining us this year, an actual ‘Roo on the loose. Hope they capture the critter soon - this

Quotebv QuoteDGA35 I still think that the sections in the lower and upper bowl right beside the stage will go on sale eventually. One thing to mention is BV's 2024 tour page with the venues and capacities. BC Place is listed as 60000 but it's no where near that for concerts. For this concert, capacity is about 47000. Same as all the other venues listed. Just checking attendances

Nice! I know my sister said she still remembers when Heart played the high school dance here. This would have been 73ish after they just moved to Vancouver from Seattle, a couple years before Dream

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl BC Place? Surely you mean Christine Sinclair Place? Enjoy - and hang on to your seat until July 5 - it may be your only way in given the state of ticket sales. Yes CS Place! I'm hoping Australia plays their starters. Friday night in Victoria they started most of their subs and lost 5-0. Also it's a final game for long time CANWT player Sophie Schidmt who is

Quotestargroover Interesting to see the prices on these tickets.Unfortunately Brian’s vocals are shot.Makes the band a poor shadow of it’s former self.Even if Phil Rudd joined em,I think it’s gonna be a third rate affair.Powerful songs need a vocalist who can deliver .The last show was embarrassing vocally. Play in a lower key? Regardless, it'll be a huge tour and I'll definitely be

QuoteBeastyBurdeny Quotebabyblue I can’t believe how expensive tickets for Vancouver are, GNR was much cheaper. I mean, in all fairness, Guns N roses have played in Vancouver in 2011 and 2017 and most recently in 2023. They've also played shows in our neighbouring province (Alberta) and state (Washington). Stones haven't played Vancouver since 2006, Alberta since 2007, and Seattle

QuoteMisterDDDD QuoteSomeTorontoGirl Zero tix left for Van. Map is black. Hottest show of the year I would agree but probably the hottest show is Taylor Swift's 3 shows at BC Place next December. A few friends couldn't get tickets but they're looking at Seattle now since there's quite a bit of tickets still available there and it's not too far a drive from Vancou

Quotetreaclefingers That's right Daniel, there's a 3 hour time difference between Quebec and the West Coast. You're on the same time zone as Toronto correct? Going a bit off topic, I wonder if/when California/Oregon/Washington will decide to stop changing the clocks twice a year. That's the only way BC will adopt the same policy. Some here say we don't need to wait f

Quotesyrel Beginning to feel like the end of the line for the presales... If you type in the various presale codes, there's a lot more tickets this morning than there were yesterday but I was only able to access the band presales! Not much in the upper bowl but a lot more in the lower bowl and floor. No pit though.

So, apart from the locals, where is everybody flying/driving in from? How many from other parts of Canada? Quotemosthigh >>>Vancouver's always been a great Stones town Well, the show at BC Place in 1998 had something like 15 000 unsold seats. They didn't even bother coming in 2002/03, and initially had Van Morrison as the opener (changed to Bonnie Raitt on rescheduling) in 2006, as a likely ticket sales booster, although it ended up pretty full. ...and they repeatedly skipped

I saw on the BC Place map that the sections right next to the stage weren't for sale so perhaps those are being held for Friday when they go on sale to the general public? Don't think there's going to be many tickets left for the other presales that start tomorrow.
