Those seats are on the opposite endzone right near the top of the lower bowl.

Just checking the ticketmaster website and it looks like the show is now sold out. I was wondering how tickets would sell this time, especially with the high prices. Both shows in 89 and 94 were pretty much sold out but in 98 they drew around 39,000 so there were around 15,000 empty seats in the upper bowl.

It was Glen Buxton, the lead guitarist, that passed away several years ago. His original band released one album after they split up in 74. I believe drummer Neal Smith is a realtor now. Only member of his current band that I know is drummer Eric Singer, who is also with KISS. Read here that guitarist Ryan Roxie recently left the band. In the boxset Life and Crimes of AC, there is a versio

I've been a huge Alice fan since the early 70's through my older siblings. School's Out album was able to fold out like a desk and the album was in paper panties. Killer had a fold out 1972 calendar with Alice being hanged. Billion Dollar Babies album was in a green foldout wallet with a billion dollar bill as well as some pop out pictures of the band. Along with Love It To Dea

Vancouver floor is seating, always has been for all major concerts here as far as I can remember. Stonesgirl, Section 14 is pretty much right at center field on the 55 yard line. CFL football has a 110 yard field vs. 100 for NFL.

Got my tickets this morning for the BC Place show. BC Lions season ticket holders were allowed to purchase tickets starting this morning and my brother's office are season ticket holders so I got them to get me a pair. Row 17 on the floor off to the left side. $800 for the pair. These tickets are more expensive than the last 5 shows they played in Vancouver combined! Been 8 years sinc

I'd like to thank Vancouver, Cafaro, Joe Hill, Vox and all others who have shared here with the rest of us, regardless of what format the music is in. It's a shame that 12345 won't share his music but I guess if there's thousands of others that are willing, it doesn't really matter. Obviously it would be ideal to get the best source possible but as someone mentioned p

Regardless of how great his health is, he is still in his 60's and is naturally more prone to sickness. I think as more of these "classic" rock bands that have been around for a while continue to tour, the risk of cancelled shows will get greater. Steven Tyler had laryngitis earlier this year which caused Aerosmith to cancel the rest of their spring tour with Cheap Trick. Pissed

Hi Keefriff. I like alot of the hard rock/metal bands in the 80's but I was more into the British bands, Priest, Maiden, Leppard, Motorhead, etc. but the Stones, VH and AC/DC were my favorites then and still are today. Apart from seeing numerous videos, I wasn't into alot of the LA bands like Ratt, Warrant, etc. I recall back in Spring/Summer of 87 when all of these metal bands domi

They were all dressed as Honky Tonk Women. There was a brief shot of Jerry dancing as well as Ronnie's daughter. Charlie's wife Shirley was also on stage dancing next to him. Don't recall seeing any of the other wives.

Just bought a Great White live CD from Walmart with them doing all Zeppelin cover tunes for only $4. Probably sing Zep better than the actual band! Rock Me is one of my favorite songs from any band. LA Guns were a good band, guitarist Traci Guns is the Guns from G'n'R. Saw them open for AC/DC in 91. Original Whitesnake was alot more blues oriented than the 80's versions.

I think I'd take Hot Rocks over 40 Licks. Others: Bob Dylan's Greatest Vol.1 Animals Greatest Hits Meaty Beaty.. The Who Neil Young Decade Eagles Greatest - Biggest selling album in US Simon and Garfunkels Greatest Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits Sam Cooke The Man and His Music Alot of artists have greatest hits compilations that for some reason I don't think are

This question has popped up several times over the past couple years, and I'm sure even more for the long time readers. Here's a couple that haven't been mentioned yet: Street Fighting Man - Oasis. On one of their CD singles Wild Horses - The Sundays. Often gets confused with Jewel, who also did a similar version of this. Dead Flowers - Barney Bentall. Canadian artist who

Bit ironic that the arena in Boston is named TD Banknorth, TD being Toronto Dominion. Not sure why TD wouldn't have gone after naming rights in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre. Also, arena in Raleigh, NC is named RBC Center, RBC being Royal Bank of Canada.

Boston Garden? What's the current name of the new arena? Fleet Center or has it changed again? I hate how all the new arenas are now named after corporations. Montreal Forum, Maple Leaf Gardens, Chicago Stadium, Boston Gardens, Detroit Olympia, MSG - the good old days!

If there was to be an Alice album on the list, I'd pick Billion Dollar Babies or Killer over Nightmare. I think Rocks is the best 70's Aerosmith album but I'm not sure if it would be on the greatest of all time list. No albums post 1978! Where's Back In Black or Van Halen 1?

I guess for alot of old bands touring these days, it depends on who owns the groups name. Temptations are still touring with only one original member (all the rest have unfortunately passed away). I think Mike Love still tours as the Beach Boys even though he's the only original member. Legal action from other former band members has forced some to change their names, like Creedence Clear

Wow, I can't believe they're doing two shows! When you think that Regina's population is only around 300k. This is like Moncton where you're drawing fans from the whole province as well as the neighboring provinces and the border states. Kind of ironic that when the tour is all finished, two of the largest attendances will be Regina and Moncton, by far the two smallest cit

Just read online that the concert sold out in around 20 minutes! 40,000 tickets were available, although Roughrider football season ticket holders were allowed to get tickets first so there probably were only half available to the general public. They could probably sell out another concert if they wanted to.

A string of shows at MSG?! At this point, I seriously doubt they'd sell out more than one show. I like Aerosmith alot but the fact is they've toured a lot this decade so I doubt there would be much demand for tickets. They didn't even sell out alot of the shows that they did with KISS a couple years ago.

I think I'd rather just listen to the first two albums. Oasis version of SFM is excellent. I think Liam challenged both Jagger and George Harrison to fights! Any publicity is better than no publicity.

I'm sure that Cohl takes weather into consideration when he's booking venues. They most likely tried to book it early because you would think it would be booked before or after Vancouver in early November. It is a bit strange that they wouldn't have booked Safeco field though. Not sure what the capacity would be for a concert configuration but it could probably hold 50,000.

When the Moncton concert was first rumoured, I stated here that if they were going to play a small city like Moncton, they should also look at playing in other small cities like Regina as well as some of the small cities south of the Canadian prairie provinces like Casper, Billings, Boise, etc. I know the Regina concert will draw fans from all across Western Canada as well as the border states
