I have just had an original copy of the new Dylan Don't Look Back 2DVD Region 1 NTSC sent to me by a friend in the U.S. and low and behold it plays no problem........which DVD player are you using.........you can hack the firmware on most players so they will play any region or PAL.......NTSC

You should be able to play this DVD on most Euro DVD Players, if you have a modern TV set............this problem usually arises in the U.S. when people moan about DVDR's being in PAL when all they have to do is buy a $30 region free player.
