QuoteGasLightStreet Sorry. There's only one "The Dome" and it's the Superdome. As in the Louisiana Superdome. In New Orleans. Whatever the name is with it has zero meaning - similar to Pine Knob or the Sears Tower. Like BV said, There are “The Dome”s everywhere. If I’m referring to the place in New Orleans, I refer to it as The Superdome, because that’s the name

QuoteMisterDDDD QuoteChristopher I would agree with BFR as well. I too was at both shows. The old dome does have a different feel. Hi BFR! QuoteSockers56 I have to agree with BFR on this one. I'm from Michigan & St Louis "felt" like an arena where Mercedes Benz actually felt like a stadium. I know exactly where BFR was comimg from. - Agree, St Louis definitely ha

Quotemasseywinos It's funny when you stop to think and put it in context. It really is astounding. How many marriages last 60 years? Friendships? Considering where the relationship was with Mick and Keith in the late 70s thru the late 80s who could have imagined? And outside of that think about the people in your lives that are in their age bracket. Can you possibly imagine any of them doing

QuoteNashvilleBlues Dylan to sue accuser… Good for him! What a sick accusation from a crazy person. I doubt he will collect but it sends a message to any other grifters out there looking for an ill-gotten payout.

Quotehockenheim95 QuoteBFR The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis felt like an arena to me, especially when compared to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, but I suppose by technical standards it is a stadium. Hard Rock was a theatre, a completely different type of venue, seating ~7,000. St. Louis dome has 67.000 seats for NFL Games while Mercedes Benz Stadium got 71.000. that's not a big

I would be thrilled if they played any number of shows in NYC but 10 in one venue seems highly unlikely. They played a few arenas during the 2021 No Filter tour and tickets weren’t much different from large stadiums, cheaper in some instances.

For me and many others I know, going to a Stones show isn't just about the setlist. It's the entire experience. Getting to see a new city, maybe for the first time, seeing that city come alive with fellow fans, getting to reunite with concert friends from near and far before/during/after the show. The concert is the pinnacle of the experience, but there's so much more than just tho

QuoteDan Regardless of the boxscores, St Louis, LA1 and probably some other stadiums were only 75% full. LA1 was discounted all the way down to $5 but not hundred percent sure where (one said his girlfriend is a first responder) but heard this from 2 different people who don't know each other. So saying nearly and completely sold out just isn't true. Not sure if Manhattan can be

To say they've played every market in the US in 2019/2021 just isn't true. Manhattan being the most obvious missing city, but there are several others. Almost all of their 2021 shows here were nearly, if not completely sold out. Canada is also overdue a run. There are hundreds of stadiums, arenas, and theaters to choose from in North America.

Quotebabyblue It’s too cold then why not wait and rest til next summer. It won’t be this fall they need a long break. Too cold where?!? October is lovely just about everywhere in America, except for maybe the upper Midwest. I’d far prefer a cool weather show than the inferno of European summer they’re going through now.

I don't know how the selection process works but I think it may have something to do with your billing zip code's proximity to the show in some cases (though I have been selected for some shows in New York and I live in Alabama). For Bruce, the emails made it sound like there might not even be a general sale. Even though I could drive to the Atlanta show and back same night if I needed

QuoteAntoineParis Same mood here, train at 7, 40 degres, saw them 3 times this year and Paris is my home town so i"ll be there on saturday... Very weird sensation Outdoor shows in the middle of summer seem like a bad idea now. Extreme heat advisories and wild fires threatening our very lives today

QuoteDan QuoteTheGreek Does it get any better than this ? It only gets worse. Has anyone here actually tried verified fan? I successfully purchased Harry Styles tickets at MSG through Verified Fan, though the buying process wasn't any better than a regular TicketBastard sale. Could be because the demand was off the charts (he originally had 10 shows slotted for MSG, then added 5 more aft

I don’t know much about the West End theatre scene, but I do know that having the praise and approval of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards can only help fast-track her to global stardom. I really enjoyed her performance in Milan and look forward to seeing what happens next for her professionally. Not only can she sing, she’s a total knockout!

Lots of commuter flights in the US are being canceled but I made it through the security line at Atlanta International today in less than 10 minutes and it’s one of the busiest airports in the world. Headed to Milano now

This is so unfortunate. I'm terribly sorry for all the fans there, especially those who have traveled so far to be there. First priority is Mick's health, I'm sure he's simply mortified that this has happened. Very concerned for the rest of the band and their likely exposure during soundcheck, too.

But obviously he loves it. Yes, the exaggerated heavy breathing and tongue-out expressions are put on. He's letting us know he's working hard, but he gets right back to it afte

QuoteTheBluesHadaBaby QuoteBFR The two shows I saw last year that the Hounds opened were enough. Generic is the best description for them. They're not awful, but they remind me of a cover band. Speaking of, between the two U.S. legs, Gho$t Hound$ recorded a cover of Thunder Road. (And I looove Thunder Road. Sing every line of it along with Bruce every show of his I get to.) Billionai

I adore Tops. It’s one of my favorite Stones songs. The live versions are much grittier than the studio one, but that rougher sound gives the lyrics a different feel entirely. Thanks for that detail, northof49.
