Thank you for this thread. I was begging for my Edinburgh etix on twitter because you never reach them on the phone and they never reply to your emails. On the top of that, my friend purchased hard copy tickets for the first London gig. She never received the tickets. They didn't reply to her emails and her tickets were not in the box office. As a result, she couldn't enter the venue.
