My old nickname was Metal Headley... and I have the tinnitus to prove it! Seriously, what a great time to be a teenager in the late 70s and early 80s, just when things were getting louder and louder. I think it's called Classic Metal now, but one of my favorites has always been Judas Priest. Have VIP passes comin' up for 9-26 at Louder Than Life, they're Special Guests to Me

Kiss in Dayton at the Nutter Center is an arena gig, could be tacked onto the itinerary any time, but I'm guessin' 2022 to go along with the other shows, which are in sheds. Bummed about the postponement, as I had grabbed a seat when Diamond David Lee Roth was gonna open in 2020, though he is not out this year...

I'm thinkin' that's the way we will go on 11-6... walk over from The Strip. Did they close off Russell Road over I-15 like they do for the Raiders? And how was Wolfie? Gonna be at Bogarts in Cincinnati next week, really stoked for that gig too... Thanks for the info, fellas...

QuoteTooTight Looks like Daryl’s in Denmark on September 11th. Odd timing considering rehearsals. This'll give 'em a day to really concentrate on working up Fingerprint File, since Woody will take the bass on that one...

If Darryl was available as of last weekend... Keith lives in CT... Steve Jordan is presumably based in NYC still... Bring in Chuck, the musical director... There could be work started gettin' the rhythm section in ship-shape already, albeit in NYC or Boston. Any arrival by Mick and Ronnie might be more visible on social media, but the other core members could be at work right

I just saw The Black Crowes on August 1st in Noblesville, IN. Good size crowd on a Sunday night, but barely a mask to be seen. Had those tix since the on-sale in December 2019, I think, or whenever... Next up is Kiss, in Dayton on September 2nd... no more David Lee Roth opening, the painter-guy David Garibaldi is back as the opener like he was in 2019.

If the 4-day rest period between gigs no longer applies, now with Charlie sitting this leg out, they could have their week-off from the 9th to 17th, then do a gig on the 20th or 21st of October... Options either way maybe?

Interesting how the big Firenze Rocks lineup is open for Saturday, 18 June... Just sniffin' around some of the various festivals I'm aware of in Europe and noticed that.

Not sure on the books, but try stufish.com... Lotsa designs on there from the designers of all The Stones' sets from '89 on, and so many more they've done.

As far as ticket prices go, we all know Vegas is always a step higher... I'm thinkin' this gig might gross $20 million... $400 per for 50,000 would get it done. The (in)famous 2016 gig at T-Mobile showed $7,047,048 for an attendance of 14,133, an avg. of $500ish per ticket! Big Coin!

I grabbed 2 singles in the same row just now, using my SD personal code... A little friendly banter w the neighbors that night, and my nephew and I should be able to sit together, if not, no worries! Just glad to be in and can start planning the flight and rental$$$... hearing horror stories on renting right now. Looking forward to getting inside Allegiant after seeing it under constru

I just received a unique presale code for LA or Vegas also... Very happy for this, as I had refunded my 2 seats prior to the cancellation/refund in September for those who held onto their tix. Thought folks would like to know... Good luck to all this week and really lookin' forward to another great Vegas gig!

Please, more Rock than Pop... one can only hope! Anxious to see what gets lined up for Nashville. Brad Paisley and his guests in 2015, then doing Dead Flowers with The Stones was great! And I'm not a Nashville Pop fan by any means...

Is it possible they add a show or two in Canada following the Austin gig? If the border situation clarifies in the next month or two, maybe this is a possibility for Vancouver, Toronto or even Montreal... Or from Austin they could tack on Mexico City, but I can only guess on the COVID scenario there. To my knowledge on the ticket offer for our cancelled gig in Louisville, the offer for Nas

I grabbed tix this morning for Charlotte, Pittsburgh and Detroit... My buddy had held onto our seats for Louisville, so this evening he used the link for a Nashville purchase that came via the TM cancellation email and grabbed a pair... Next week, I will shoot for Vegas seats, but it hurts to know I should skip the LA gig, as I've been hoping The Stones would book a show at SoFi... who

Quotecrholmstrom QuoteTopi Isn't the GNR tour in the US starting right about now, too? Next week? The US tour starts July 31 in Hershey, PA with Mammoth WVH opening the whole tour. On off nights, Wolfgang is doing a few headline shows in small venues at low ticket prices. I have tickets for Seattle & hope am well enough to go. I really like the Mammoth WVH record even though it's

Keep in mind on that Louisville rumor, one of the biggest Rock festivals in the US is slated right down the street for the whole weekend of September 23-26. Metallica is scheduled for Friday and Sunday, the 24th and 26th, for two different setlists headlining their dates. I have VIP passes for Sunday, 9-26, with Judas Priest in the #2 slot, too good to pass up! I would think it could b

I've been wondering if we'd still have a minimum of 4 days between shows, or whether that would increase since that was the pattern 2 years ago? I suppose it's a balance between getting the rest needed, logistics and economics...

And I'm sure the new UBS Arena in Belmont, NY and Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle would love to book them for this fall, along with plenty of other arenas if they go that route. Belmont opens this fall for the Islanders and the rebuilt/new KeyArena in Seattle for the Kraken.
