We went to six shows in Europe last year, all in the pit. Dublin and London were the first two, and we were close to the stage. There was room to move around. Since it was not overcrowded, it was really great. We went to the last four in the pit, Marseille, Stuttgart, Prague and Warsaw. They were definitely more crowded, way more people in the pit than the first two shows. The Prague show wa

Northern Nale 1: We are coming to the show in Burl's Creek. I have the option of staying in Barrie or Orillia. I would be coming up on Friday and returning early Sunday. It seems that staying in Orillia would be better going and coming to the show as most people would we going thru Barrie to and from Toronto. Would you agree? On the Friday trip to Orillia and the return on Sunday would

In Nashville the Country Music Hall of Fame is interesting. Also the Johnny Cash museum is a must. I am not a big country fan but both are excellent? The Johnny Cash one, though small is a great place to learn about him and his music. I’m sorry I never saw him in concert. I have also been to Memphis but much prefer Nashville. It has a better vibe to it. They have a minor league baseball team w

BV: Nashville is definitely the place to go. Stay in the downtown area so you can walk to SOBRO. That is the south Broadway area with all the bars with live music. There obviously is country but also a lot of classic rock. For a more laid back acoustic set the Margaretaville bar is nice. Nashville is also becoming known as a foodie town as there are a lot of great places to eat. We don’t rent a c

When the tour was originally announced and the dates were not on the app I emailed them and asked about it. They said it would be listed in a couple of days. It never happened. With the marketing machine the Stones have, this app is very substandard. Someone should be fired.(Sorry, retrained)

We decided to fly to Miami this weekend anyway. We are at some friends home in Fort Lauderdale, just north of Miami. The weather is excellent tonight. It would have been incredible for a show. We have seen and met others who came anyway, including a fun group from Panama. I hope Mick and the others get/stay well so we can enjoy a show again. My wife and I saw Warsaw and they were fantastic. To Th

My wife and I went to the show in Austin last night. It was fantastic. We hoped it would be good, but it was much better than expected. 2 1/2 hours. The venue was an old but renovated small theater. Acoustics were great. The band and crowd had such a great time.Charlie Sexton's son joined late in the show. Like his dad, he can play that guitar. He looks a lot like Charlie did in the 80&#

We went to six shows in Europe last year and three the year before. They were excellent. I think last year they really did a number of great shows. With Keith drinking less, it sure seemed like he was more engaged. I am going to spend too much money seeing too many shows this year. But I can't wait. They were so good last year, and I expect the same this year.

The Arc Angels were great. I saw the a few times. (I live in Texas) I believe Tommy Shannon has mainly retired. I see he is doing a few songs on a new album by Reese Wynans. Charlie looks good. Last time I saw him, just a few years back, he was in Dylan's band. He played like he was hammered. Sad to see then. In this vid he looks and sounds much better.

Here we are, less than 60 days to the first show. I started in 1972, and so far I have seen 35 shows. I know, not that many, but the Stones have taken me to many wonderful countries besides the ones in the US. Shows in Santiago, Havana, 6 last summer, and 9 for the upcoming tour. Many of the countries I went to I might not have visited if it were not for the Rolling Stones. For that I am greatfull

CAREFUL: Ticketmaster Pricing Problem I tried for Miami and got some platinum pit at a decent price ready to order. It showed them at one price, they were secured and just before I clicked the buy button it showed them at $200 more per ticket. When I went back and redid it and got them at the original platinum price and went to checkout it added the $200 per ticket again. This was not fees, th

I wonder if Jacksonville now will be left off for the NO Jazzfest instead. If the rumored 4/24 Jacksonville show was not held, then the now rumored 4/25 NO Jazzfest added day makes sense. I just checked Jacksonville hotels near the stadium for around 4-23 to 4-25 and they have not escalated, like the other cities. It makes me think that New Orleans could get the show instead of Jacksonville.

Thanks for the info on this show. We bought tickets for the Austin show in March. It does say the line up can change, but if it doesn't, then with Bernard being busy with this project thru March we may not see the Stones for awhile. I was hoping the Argentina in February rumor would come true, but it looks unlikely. I know the US has been mentioned as the next tour but they were talking mayb

They had a band party at La Casa de Musica, a club not far from where I was staying at a home. My driver said that a local club, the one above, was where Mick had been before and he might be there. I walked to the club that evening, and asked if I could go in. I was told it was closed for a private party. Hmmm. this could be a real deal. There was one car of police across the street and a few peo

Rock on This is Jim. We are on our way to Prague. I will verify the car and let you know. We did not get wristbands either. We set up the cashless account but it would not recognize our ticket numbers. I emailed Many times, with some responses from them but they never got the system to accept our ticket numbers. I am afraid this will be a nightmare at the site. If they can't fix it ove

Only VIP tickets will be sent this week. For people from o

I checked both Dublin and London stadium websites. It looks like no wifi, at least for the general seating and floor. Dublin has it in the boxes. Coming from the states, the data will be too expensive for me without wifi. We will see the last 4 shows as well. If any of those have wifi I will try to periscope.
