QuoteDoxa Quotegeorgelicks After the release of the Stones' new album this year, I wouldn't be surprised at all by a new Mick solo album. He must have enough material to fill three or four albums, and if he wants, he can collaborate with any current artist who would never say no to the legend. With the Stones it's more difficult, but Mick could do duets with Morgan Wallen, Harry St

QuoteMathijs QuoteTaylor1 On the 1973 tour , Taylor’s guitar sounded different than earlier tours. Was he using some kind of effect? His basic sound was darker and more distorted than on the 1972 tour, mainly because they received new amps from Ampeg for the European tour, which were V-9 SVT amps. Basically they were SVT amps tuned for guitar and tuned for overdriven sounds. Some V-9's also

QuoteDEmerson Got my Deluxe box yesterday- small price drop on Amazon - so wound up $125 with tax. Not going to give a full review (still digging in), but I had posted about ‘do I need this, or should I save myself $100 and just get ‘most of it’ on ITunes?’ Can now say, I’m glad I sprung for it. The Paris video is terrific and the BluRay in general (especially if you have a good set up) mak

Funny, because Chappell Roan and Gwyenth Paltrow’s daughter both took down posts about her because of her extreme far right views, disregard of the MeToo movement, etc. Yeah, I hadn’t known that s

QuoteGasLightStreet Might As Well Get Juiced was chasing a trend - that was essentially over. Don Was' words about them not chasing a trend spoke clearly that they were. Defending something instead of saying, 'Oh, yeah, we liked what Beck did so...' would end such commentary. Regardless, it was a horrible result. Even The Dust Brothers said Mick's demos sounded like they h

He must have forgotten the 1973 tour. It was an unimportant tour. Overrated to the extremes.. But Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but unimportant?’Overrated to the extremes? Most fans
