QuoteBowieStone I think the chances are pretty high for a Paris dvd. 3 gigs in the same venue is probably ideal to construct 1 gig for release. Having the three concerts there does make it a good candidate (other than it being a somewhat uninteresting venue) if they were planning a DVD from this tour. But given we have only just recently seen Havana Moon released, unless they are planning on a

QuoteMonsoon Ragoon 14 UK dates? You are dreaming. They would never sell out at their current prices. I think it will be combined with an Rest If Europe Tour (or with a US Tour like in 2013). And with a little luck after they have wrapped up their UK dates they might just return to Australia the following year if things follow the trends of 2013/2014.

I have to disagree with anyone calling Get Your Ya-Ya's Out poor sounding or muddy. As DandelionPowderman said above, each instrument is well balanced within the mix, and the guitars weave together beautifully. I think what you are probably objecting to is both Mick+Keiths guitars and Bill Wymans bass overlap frequently in the lower mid frequencies, which is likely an accurate representat

I first heard (and really enjoyed) their set when I saw them open for Black Sabbath on The End tour just recently, they managed to win over what started as an indifferent crowd for an opening band. I haven't yet dug fully into their catalogue, but my main impression is they have some killer tracks buried amongst many respectable but mostly forgettable ones.

QuoteTheGreekMr. Jimmy Page playing some of the finest metal slide guitar on his Danelectro ever, how he can make such a cheap guitar sing like that is truly a testament to his most virtuoso skill of the fretboard. This is a perfect example of how it does not matter one bit at all how fancy or expensive a guitar is because someone like Jimmy Page could play a piece of wood with some strings made

Excellent versions of It's Only Rock 'n Roll and Street Fighting Man, nice gritty guitar tones and the band really locking in together. The version of Midnight Rambler on the original iTunes download 'Hyde Park Live' (taken from the first show) trumps the version which ended up on the DVD (the second show), while both are lots of fun, the first night really shows off Mick Tayl

Having purchased this yesterday i've listened through it three times already, it's a great recording that really makes me jealous of the few that secured tickets for this show! I don't think anyone would disagree that the Stones have been performing really well in their latest tours, having seen them a couple times in the last few years i've thoroughly enjoyed each show des

I ordered a couple Australian tour shirts around the same time and only received notice they were shipped on the 27th. There must have been major delays on stock as I have had two orders in the sales since which were delivered within days.

While I can't talk for domstic orders, my Brussels Affair boxset took something like 10 days to get to Australia (which is great), but my order of t-shirts I made a couple weeks prior at the end of November has yet to be shipped.
