My wife threw the recent Rolling Stone collectors magazine on Dylan that goes over every studio album. Really enjoyed it and it got me to thinking about my favorites. Been covered here lots but will never ever forget the first time I saw At The Max here in Toronto at Ontario Place. Massive screen. This was obviously long before HD tv. Picture so incredibly clear. Was like being on the stage. Must have seen it 10 times taking different people. The novelty was off for shine but liked that a lot too. My favorite part the Buddy stare.

Completely OT to the conversation going on here but didn't want to start another thread. Pretty big Dylan fan here (not in the same league as some of you though). One of my favorite Dylan songs (mid career anyway) is Brownsville Girl. Lyrics, music, just really like this song. Any other fans of this tune? Don't hear it mentioned often.

And let me guess tornfrayed every tour has gotten worse blah blah blah. I for one enjoy all the eras of the band. The rebellious reckless loose early to mid eras to the latter day tight sounding shows. I really enjoyed Tokyo as well as the 4 shows I saw on that tour.

I saw Buddy Guy back in April at Massey Hall in Toronto. Great show by a true legend and he was highly entertaining. My favorite part of Shine A Light is Champagne and Reefer. Hope you folks in Milwaukee get a real treat tonight. You most certainly will get a great show.
