QuoteBilly10 the best I’ve ever been able to narrow things down when it comes to the Stones library is a Top Ten list - Stray Cat Blues is definitely one of the ten!! Narrowing down the Stones catalogue to a Top Ten is almost an impossible feat. But if forced at gunpoint, I would certainly include SCB in it. A masterpiece in the same level of Rocks Off. Both comparable to any of the warhorses.

I wonder if they have ever considered coming to Dominican Republic. They did Puerto Rico in 2006 and Cuba in 2016.

Quoteslewan Quoteloog droog Tattoo You came out that year, and I wonder if the cover that featured Mick and Keith bothered Charlie, Bill and Ronnie. The "Mick Jagger" banner was probably the work of a local promoter. When Ronnie was in the Faces, it was common for promoters to bill them as "Rod Stewart & Faces" to sell more tickets. but it was never "John Lenn

Quoteerbissell QuoteNashvilleBlues QuoteJivinSisterFanny QuoteTheBluesHadaBaby QuoteJivinSisterFanny Coincidentally--to me, anyway--just yesterday, I was looking into the most "Exile" songs stacked into a single set in recent tours (of the 5-6 still in rotation). There were these same four in Detroit in 2015. Damn near an "Exile on Main Street" 50th anniversary feature! Remi

Hey guys, just for fun. Many years ago I only appreciated their 60s and 70s catalogue. Later on, I came about to appreciate all of their music. Here it is a double album compilation from their work from 1994 onwards. I left out many songs that I like a lot, and B&L was also left out. Side One 1) It Won't Take Long 2) Love is Srrong 3) Out of Control 4) Street of Love 5)

QuoteWorriedAboutYou I prefer this to any Taylor recordings. Just everything that a rock n' roll band should be. It sounds like they all absolutely love what they're doing, are completely committed and everyone bought their A game. What an utter joy to hear. Songs that I thought I was tired of are all injected with a new lease of life whilst the deeper cuts sound sensationally fresh, vi

Well, I might as well have used the term "B2B has aged well". But in all honesty B2B, I think, was ahead of its time. My son (19) has started listening to Classic Rock, let's say, for a year or two. Needless to say, LZ, The Beatles, PF, and the Stones are among the bands he's been listening to. While he hasn't yet listened to the whole Stones' catalogue, LIB is so

Love the inner sleeve of Black and Blue. The 5 of them on the beach making figures out of the cigarretes'lights. Mick's a bit apart from the rest though.

A month has already passed. Thanks Charlie for all the incredible music you gave us. You are one of the few celebrities I wished I could have had the pleasure to shake hands with. Along with your bandmates you have been an important part of the background music of my life. Thanks for the swings, the rolls, the beats... God Bless You!!!

Quotepeoplewitheyes Is there some element of some reluctant people/fans being drawn out to see how the Stones might sound with Mr Jordan? That's a tricky question. How the Stones might sound? or How Mick, Keith and Ronnie might sound? I have no doubt it will be a good concert anyway. But for me, who don't live in the States, going there is much more than enjoying good music. I

I´m just wondering this. I was thinking on going to see them again this fall. But now it's just out of question. What do you think? Is this situation with Charlie affecting tickets sales? If so, are they going to be forced to maybe call the whole thing off? I know a large % of the mainstream fans don't know who their drummer is, but I do believe that a lot of hardcore fans attra

I know health comes first, but can't he just play a couple of songs? I'm sure fans would be ok just to see him up there. Is it too late to bring Mick Taylor and/or Bill Wyman on board? They should do a gutsy move to attract fans. Without Charlie many fans would rather step out. I was considering going to see them, but now it's out of question for me.

Well, since you as a teacher had to call their names many times, I would say "When I Call Your Name". I know it's an outtake, but it has that goodbye feeling. By the way, being a teacher is probably the noblest job there is.

Mick's vocal on 'What am I gonna do' is insane What Am I Gonna Do With Your Love is an amazing song full of feeling and groove. Yes, Mick's vocals are superb on this one. Out o
