Its always the same 4-5 people in every thread who are ot able to say anything positive about anything. But 4-5 is fine with me. One of them has already arrived here today. The other 3-4 IORR-Waldorf & Stadlers will sure appear here in the next couple of hours. Being critical is fine. But being destructive year by year, thread by thread is another thing. Definetely not mine. Like I sai

QuoteStoneage Still in the eighties I found new "Mick songs" exciting. Not so much since then. New Mick songs often means even more delay on new Stones songs also. Never ever a positive post

Still don't believe that all those tickets in Madrid are sold. And sold so fast. Its a bit strange. Looks more like they are holding many tickets back. For what reason whatever.

Quotedierdz Hi friends! I'm in Madrid and here, like probably in the other cities, it's full of posters about the tour. First, the tour poster. grey, with the tongue, the dates and all that. But in addition, they are putting up other posters with a black background, a classic tongue and the title "Emotional rescue". Does anyone know why? How is that album or song linked to

Quotespain73 Quotecaschimann QuotePaintMonkeyManBlack There has not been one ticket which was difficult yet. Every pit, or even lucky dip was so easy. Also the waiting list (how many people are in front) are very short. Wonder if the tickets sales are slow and if they will be close to sell out Which doesn't count for Madrid. NO PIT availlable, No Golden Circle (Pista A), plus the map

My advise: Do not turn crazy at 10.00 If you have booked flight and hotel for a reasonable price you are fine. You will get your ticket anyway. Even if it won't work out in the next hours. They drop out tickets in portions. And: If you have a bit patience and the day of the show comes close: The best way to get tickets is right here. On Sold Out. Save and reliabel. And great tickte

The best scene of "Mick in Paris '85" is the opening scene: Mick is driving around Paris Charles de Gaule Airport in a tiny Renault 205 to find a place where he can pick up TV-journalist Jools Holland. Jools is standing there already looking around for a big limousine expecting Mick drives Mercedes Benz, Cadillac, Rolls Royce etc. Mick discovers Jools Holland and starts honki

I still have it on VHS. Timing was so perfect when it came out. Right before the start of the Europe Tour '82. Made by Dolezal/Rossacher those two geniuses from Austria who made so many famous and awarded band videos in their career. For almost 40years. In fact the were the Rolling Stones of video-making. This film here was there breakthrough. When they showed the final cut to the Ston

Reading all this here and in other threads and even before the tour throughout the year its getting clear: Not only the band is getting older and due to this fact is performing, behaving, acting different from recent decades. Also us here the fellow IORR'ers, the die hard fans, got older. The majority here went to their first Stones-show during the 81/82 US/Europe-tour. Which is 40 years

QuoteKRiffhard Quotejumpingjackflash5 Some songs have slight mistakes. But no problem. This Start me Up sounds great to me (and usually Start Me Up is not my most preferred song to hear live :-)) Yes great version, best Start Me Up-start-riff from Keith in ages.

Quotekeefmick I have gone to a lot of concerts and sporting events and never been successful in finding Uber/Lyft/cab convenient when the event ends. Walking or public transit is the way to go. One option I have used is walk a couple miles to a hotel and get cab or Uber there. Even if have to wait can sit in lobby while waiting. Now I always stay walking distance to the venue. To me it’s worth th

But in the end I see it (the rubbish) from my advertiser angle: Nothing bad about us there, IORR. More than that: They write about how deep IORR is connected with the band. So our "brand" is coming out good here.
