I thought that the Somerset House exhibition was small but great. I'm intrigued by this and hope it will scale previous heights. I will part with £19 to enjoy it first hand.

Here's the article in full: THE image of a panting tongue hanging from between ruby lips has become synonymous with the Rolling Stones, but doubt has now been cast on the inspiration for the iconic logo. Traditionally Mick Jagger has been credited with creating the image with John Pasche, then a student at the Royal College of Art, after the singer spotted an image of an Indian goddes

There are some impressive lists on here! I thought I was doing well with 26 so hats off to the 50 plus club! My first gig was Roundhay Park Leeds in 1982 and the most recent the 4 London shows in 2012 & 2013.

I went to both O2 shows and both in Hyde Park. In their own way each was unique but one show stands out - the first Hyde Park show. To see the Stones in Hyde Park on a hot summers Saturday was quite surreal. It wasn't the best of the two Hyde Park gigs, the Thursday gig was better. I got a good spot near the front, Keith side. I took my 13 year old daughter who survives on a diet of moder

I met Bill at a book signing in W H Smith Birmingham around 1990/1991. He was perfectly happy to chat and I asked him about cricket! I got Stone Alone signed with a dedication "Love to Ade, keep on bowling, Bill Wyman." Looking back, a famous rock star was just sat in a shop across lunchtime with no security or bodyguards. It'd be unthinkable now. I also met Ronnie at the openin

QuoteBowieStone QuoteScooby Barclaycard are a sponsor not an organiser. It could just as easily be McDonalds presents BST Hyde Park or Continental Tyres etc. It's not their fault specifically but you would have thought that the actual organisers would have learned from 2013. Well, in that case we beat the crap out of McDonalds too. Works for me!!

Wembley July 1990. After the wilderness years of the 1980's to see them again was wonderful. I also felt a real connection at the first Hyde Park gig last year. To see the Stones on a warm summer night in Hyde Park was mystically good.
