Did you not try to save your crashed HD? That's the first thing I would do. Look, since 2002 I lost six HDs from 500 MB to 2 TB - and each one could be saved, could by restored by a specialist for say 50 Euros (plus the new HD where your files will be transferred to; I always keep the crashed ones because it gives me some security: What could be restored one time can be restored pretty sure

I tried the download of this precious DVD one time after the other. I never burn my downloads, I just keep them on my harddiscs and play them on my PC. But it never worked perfect for me. There's definitely something wrong with file 7. So I gave up. But I also only played it with vlc. So I will try it again using other players. I will let you know about the result.
