Nothing different I've said. One of the reasons they do the tours in their way is the insurance theme . And the question was, if want to do a world tour? Definitely not in the way they did it with the release of ABB. So different legs with a selected shows over a stretched touring scale - the will do as long as they can.

They won't do that kind of extensive touring. Due to their ages they need time to rest and on the other side, they need an insurance which cover up the risk of an world tour. As far as I know the business, there is no company under the sun which will take over the risk for reasonable insurance costs. That's why tour the last 11 years in the way the'll doing it in 2024 again. Selec

Quotenonfilter This song is really blowing me away! Soul! I’m not interested in any critiques of how high Mick’s voice is in the mix, how some other female could’ve done it better than Gaga, how Steve Jordan didn’t drum it as good as Charlie would have…this is The Rolling Stones right now and they sound as powerful and spine chilling as they’ve ever sounded! I don’t hear guitars buried in the mix

Anyway, we might have our own opinions, but at the end only the two remaining founding members will know the truth for sure. And did you hear Grath saying anything about that? As far as I remenber : No.

Well, the key question for them in those days was: What kind of contribution to the songs is worth to get royalities ? Robbie wrote most of their stuff. He was the the person who came in with the basis tracks. The other four were unable to develop their own material of music you. You can see that glass clear in the period of the Band's reunion in the mid 80's and 90's. As good as

The Band was simply fantastic! Three great and outstanding voices and five unbeliveable musicians! If you wanna catch the Band's spirit, have a look at Jim Weider's The Weight Band. They are keeping the spirit and legacy of the Band alive .

As far as I remember, Mick was a bit afraid on doing Out Of Time, because they never did it before. And btw : It's harder vocal work for Mick on this tune.

At the Ende of the 80‘s I used to live in South America. No chance to see them there, and in those days I haven‘t had the money to travel for a couple of shows to the US. But fortunately my life changed for some reason in 90, and so I decided to go back to Germany. And it was exactly the time the Stones announced their Frankfurt gigs. So I bought the tickets for both shows, and the first show was

Thanks a lot for all those comments. But sold out shows are still possible . Like most of the shows last year. So sold out is more synonymous with „all tickets are sold out“ than with a packed stadium.

Massimo, are they any news about the SCNF strike ? My TGV on June 28th back to Frankfurt is still sheduled, but it's an official strike day. Now I'm thinking about to fly in. Otherwise SCNF guartantees that 30% of the trains will be working as usual. So I'm really undecided what to do?

HTW wouldn't work well AS an opener These days. Their setlist dramaturgy is different to the one in the 70's. Since SW/UJ (exept the shows where they starteted with NFA or MR in Australia) they've been started with big bang to sart on a high energy level.
