One of the very few good tracks on Steel Wheels. I think it was intended as a parody. It's very enjoyable. It evokes the following associations in me: sailing in the Caribbean, sparkling sunshine, sipping cocktails, relaxing, joking with friends. Sweethearts Together creates similar feeling: sailing sunshine etc. Both great.

They wanted to write a song in a modern Hank Williams style. The chorus (bridge) turned out to be a bit too pop, but the guitars sound nice. (Reminds me a bit of "Every time I break her heart" from the 50 Fully Finished Outtakes, but that outtake is better)

Quotewhitem8 For me just another mundane release from a group that resembles The Rolling Stones. It reminds me a lot of A Bigger Bang, not too memorable and not an album I would ever really put on after a few listens. It is still clear that Mick and Keith don't really write together any longer. It seems for the most part like a Jagger solo record with some Keith and Ronnie sprinkled in here

You got to move, you got to move You got to move, child, you got to move But when the Lord gets ready You got to move You may be high, you may be low You may be rich, child, you may be poor But when the Lord gets ready You've got to move You see that woman that walk the street You see that policeman out on his beat But when the Lord gets ready You got to move You got to move, you

Sorry, I won't spoil the air any more. I listen to those 3-4 tracks, especially the two singles, and enjoy them.

Ok, that's just my opinion. I'll accept it if someone finds this equivalent to the quality of the Rolling Stones catalog.

QuoteDoxa Quote1962 I can only listen to four tracks: the two singles (both very good), Keith's track (quite good), and the blues (which is not bad). All the other crap is Mick's solo record-like garbage. I don't understand why it was necessary to release an album. Of course I know, because Mick wanted it and old Keith agreed for the sake of peace. (And I haven't

Several Rolling Stones song show a gospel influence either musically or lyrically: Thief in the Night Baby Break It Down She Smiled Sweety (originally "He") The Last Time (adapted from an old gospel song) You Gotta Move (originally a gospel) Pridigal Son (gospel) Far Away Eyes
