My dream (and they would never do this) is to have Ronnie sing "Ooh-La-La" before Keith's set

I'm sad we never got to hear Get Close or Dreamy Skies live, I can understand why Dreamy Skies was never in rotation but Get Close is a great singalong and would've had the audience rocking. I saw two shows on that tour, Denver and Vegas and was bummed I never got to hear Whole Wide World as it was played pretty frequently and is my favorite song off the album, (some of those recordings

Quotecaesar Quotekeefriffhards Another Stones tour, mixed emotions about it, if they can't raise the standard above the level Roger and Pete just did then it's not something I'd want to witness. At this point i can't help but think why, why another tour if its the same as the previous ones since 2005. All of which pale into insignificance in comparison to the 2002/2003 to

I also saw this movie too young, probably 10 or 11, but loved the music and throwbacks to old sci-fi B-movies. Great songs, great riffs, great Rock n Roll

As a member of Gen Z it's important to remember no generation is a monolith. There is plenty of appetite for 60s and 70s music amongst my generation. Also take a look at what charts in the year 2025, year after year country music's presence grows, so I don't think it's accurate to say Gen-Z isn't interested in blues or more "rootsy" type music.

I'm wondering if there will be any featured guests on this album? We know there's another Macca track from the HD sessions so that seems like a safe bet. I'd also love to see Willie Nelson on a Stones track. As far as contemporary artists, I think Dua Lipa is a possibility, she visited the Stones in the Studio but it's unclear if they recorded anything. Sabrina Carpenter&#

My dream would be for them to play Ljubljana In Slovenia, would be a nice trip for me as I could stay/visit with family. They even have a lake that’s vaguely shaped like the Stones logo. Unfortunately its stadium only holds about 14k people not including space on the floor. They do have a rather large racing stadium. The Pope spoke to about 150k people there one time however I have never heard po

If it's a band that exclusively plays Stones music - I'm all for It. You lose me when they start putting on costumes and pretend they are the original band themselves. Cover bands are great, tribute bands are a little corny.

What a great tour. Thanks to all you guys for making this such a special summer, and for making it so fun to follow along with these shows. This is my 3rd time following a tour on this page (1st time was 2021 when I was a senior in high school), and its always bittersweet when they take their final bows. Here’s hoping to an awesome 2025 Tour.

Quotegeorgemcdonnell314 I am ok with guitarists but some of the duets are just bland. Yeah I agree, guitarists and instrumentalists fit in a lot better than most of the duets. In the past it seemed like guests made the stones more comfortable bringing out deepcuts IE Loving Cup, Memory Motel, Salt of the Earth etc.

Quotegeorgemcdonnell314 I personally think there are too many guests' appearance and too many duets. They have become a distraction instead of a complement. I generally agree. It's fun watching them from home but I could Imagine being a little disappointed if I was in the audience. I think it's just a matter of who is the guest. I loved Irma Thomas and that performance but was

Man if they play 20 songs and Rambler this may be the best setlist of the tour.

Quotekeefriffhards Watching these shows year after year you soon notice that Mick does the exact same moves , Watching Gimme Shelter, at precise moments during the concert he walks in exactly the same direction making exactly the same moves . Is it about control or obsessive compulsive disorder. The cool spontaneous moves pre 89' and exciting stage clothes are gone, each show is a carbon

This was one of the most memorable concerts I've ever been too. It truly was an amazing show with so many unforgettable moments. The post rain smell in the stadium, that beautiful version of Wild Horses, a blistering Midnight Rambler under the full moon, and the return of Sweet Sounds of Heaven. This is my last show of the tour and if it is truly my last Stones show what an amazing one to go

QuoteChristopher Being critical of the band or the setlist or whatever flub is acceptable. I agree, Everyone is free to be critical of the band/setlist/flubs but there is a difference between valid and bad faith criticism.

Quotebobo QuoteSoulSurvivor1990 Not the most interesting selection of songs, but good to see things back up to 20. They just need to change up the songs between Start Me Up and Angry more often, and do another ballad other than horses. Probably a good selection for those who were there. Can confirm, best setlist the boys have ever given me

QuoteWoody24 Don’t think it has anything to do with Cardiff. They’re playing at the home of the NFL team, the Denver Broncos. Atop the stadium is statue of the very bronco pictured in Stones poster (obviously minus the the Stones logo lips and tongue). Don’t know how to post a picture but you can google it. The broncos do also have a horse statue but the one on the poster is actually a ref

My only complaint is that I think the tongue could've been done a little bit better but goddamn the colors and airbrushing are just gorgeous. Whether you like it or not, clearly a lot of effort was put into it. the tounge is a little off center isn't it? A little bit but I don’t think that’s the problem. The tongue comes ou

The tongue looks a tad awkward but I believe it’s a reference to the 1973 Cardiff Castle poster, which many consider their all time greatest poster. It uses the exact same tongue.

A little context: Blucifer is the statue outside of DIA, its eyes glow red and is believed to be cursed. It fell on top of its sculptor killing him. Adding an extra layer of creepy to an already odd airport.

Love these choices! I’ll be at this show and I’d be happy with all of them. I voted for Far Away Eyes as that’s my favorite of the two I haven’t heard them play.

QuoteGasLightStreet I've never walked out of a Stones show because they played Satisfaction too fast or played Jumpin' Jack Flash like some robot or the cheesiness of Chuck's plinkiness (and the goddamn triangle) in SFTD or didn't play... some deep cut. Just because you've never walked out of a Stones show doesn't mean you don't regularly post on this site
