Quotetreaclefingers well people it seems will buy anything. As the brand itself is a money machine, I guess the bigger question is, what products potentially damage the brand, which threaten the value of the other products? Is Rolling Stones toilet paper a possibility? If every once in a while they release a "Dirty Work", hopefully not too often, the brand can survive that. Is

QuoteDGA35 QuoteNashvilleBlues Take a wild guess... Knoxville? Seriously, though, I wish they'd play The Ryman. Elite sound. It'd be a great venue for a video and live album. And the country music history there has to appeal to the band.

Quotespikenyc Roger Waters "This is not a Drill" was the best show I saw in 2022. Its a audio-visual spectacular! Go see it in Europe this year. 2022 was a great year for me. Waters (Nashville), Pearl Jam (Nashville, Louisville), and Bob Dylan (Nashville- Ryman) were all some of the best shows I've seen since 1994, by far.

QuoteTopi If need be, they can start the tour before the album actually gets out (see: Babylon, Bridges). It's one thing to announce the album and then release it later. Drop a single or two beforehand and get things going in the summer. Makes sense. I hope they do have a new single out by the time they play the US.

Quoteslewan Quotebv I hear about some dates in USA June and July, so unless there are some late changes, it seems like there will be a tour this summer. I wonder how this relates to the new album. A couple of days ago bv wrote that the new album is 'boss'. I thought that meant: new album first and then a new tour. If they are to go on the road in June the time frame to release a new

QuoteTestify Maybe my age, but I'm a bit tired of the usual Mick and Keith story, to me the Stones are a band and what they release they release as a band, I don't really care who wrote what, on the other hand nobody didn't care who wrote what in the 60s or 70s so I don't understand this obsession today. Actually maybe I understand it... and it's due to the factions of t

Quotesilkcut1978_ Yes, this happened at Zeltweg 1995. Mick is joking between the songs about it. But I didn't listen to this show in ages. I remember that the newspaper Kronen Zeitung also reported about this. This one?

QuoteCongratulations QuoteNikkei I know it's been done, but I think the time for it is now. I have seen a Led Zeppelin cover band called Lez Zeppelin that was all women and they were amazing. They made a considerable effort to actually look exactly like LZ looked in 1973. It is quite a trip and certainly better than some holograms or whatever that is supposed to be the next thing Perhaps w

It was immediately obvious how great he was, but to me it also was immediately obvious why the Stones wouldn't have any more of that. In that regard i wonder if they ever asked Jimmy Page on. I've read Charlie interviews where he talked fon
