I just don’t get this conversation AT ALL. They were about to tour last year. That must mean that papers are signed, and dates are just postponed. Thank god there was NO residency in Vegas planned, but we do know some of the places on that list. Some people on here seem to know all the places (but doesn’t want to tell) - figure out where they were supposed to play last year, and we will know wher

Quotekeefriffhards QuoteRG The Rolling Stones just posted ‘The Hackney Gazette’ on their official Instagram with the big title ‘Ronnie Wood reveals all’. This must be about his interview where he said ‘The Stones pencelid in to Tour USA next year.’ So.. there will hè a tour for sure! You say a tour for sure next year?, pending injuries, cancer, old age, death, arthritis, heart disease etc et

Yes, and Ronnie hinted at the US next year. Can we assume it would be the same cities as rumored this year?

I wouldn’t be surprised. He was in shockingly good shape. Maybe play the Royal Albert Hall next year?

Hm, he hasn’t played the UK since 2017, and is still adding dates to his Farewell tour. Let us see.

I’ve been there a few times, and never experienced a problem with sound. I think it depends on where you sit. I was on the floor, close to the stage.

Maybe announcement discussions should be in another thread? It is getting a bit tedious, and a big disappointment every time one hopes for actual tour rumors.

I’m totally on par with Bjørnulf. I personally haven’t seen Keith better than he was in a lot of the shows last year, and Mick is still the best front man out there. And even though I can’t fault the band, it is never about how many notes they play for me. They have IT, and that is what makes me want to go and see them again and again. God is in the detail, and I think either you get it or you do

I was there, and it was maybe the single greatest concert moment ever. To see Paul and Ringo on the same stage, and with Ronnie as well!!! If I could see Paul with Mick or Keith or both - that would make my concert year!

Sorry, that became a bit of a mess. I meant to reply: I do understand that, and I am not oblivion to the fact that this will end one day. But from what I see - not yet. And they are not 80 yet either! Keith is still 78, and will probably be 79 for the next tour (as will most probably Mick, so please let us stop calling them 80! I do understand that things might look very differently a few year

QuoteGerardHennessy QuoteGeirGG I don’t agree at all. The band I saw nine times this summer showed no signs of slowing down, and looked more vital than ever. They will do whatever they want to do in six months or a year - and their choice will not be based on their age. Retirement and old age is still not on the cards. Long may they continue to look - and feel - vital. And if that takes them mu
