I don't think that's right as the gig has been cancelled not postponed. You should get a full refund from Viagogo (less any charges in their small print) and the original owner gets a refund from Ticketmaster, AXS, etc. For postponed gigs, the tickets are yours even if you cant make the rearranged date. Good old Viagogo will let you sell them on again though.
